When Faiza regained consciousness, she suddenly sat up, which caused her a severe headache. There was no one in the room, and she looked around in surprise.
"I was in Auntie's store room. Where am I now?" Faiza said to herself as she got out of bed. On the table beside the bed, there was a bouquet.
"Get well soon... We will meet soon." Faiza read the note in the bouquet and began to examine the room in astonishment.
She placed the bouquet back on the table and started to go towards the door but felt dizzy, causing her to sit back on the bed. Holding her head, she sat there as Fardan entered the room.
"Faiza, are you okay?" Fardan asked worriedly as he approached her.
"Yes, but I have a severe headache," Faiza said, holding her head.
Fardan quickly helped her lie down on the bed and called for the doctor.
The doctor checked Faiza and said, "There is nothing to worry about. Her body has become weak, which is why she is still feeling dizzy. Headaches are common in such cases. I suggest you admit her to the hospital for 2-3 days so I can monitor her condition."
"No, I don't want to stay here," Faiza said anxiously.
"Why, sister-in-law? The doctor is suggesting this for your good," Ayesha said as she entered the room.
"Please, I don't want to stay here," Faiza said, looking at Fardan.
"Doctor, can we talk outside?" Fardan said as he gently reassured Faiza and went to talk with the doctor in his office.
"Should we force Faiza to stay here?" Fardan asked.
"Sir, it would be better if you comply with her wishes because forcing her into this condition might lead to panic attacks, and she could go into depression. Why don't you take her to a therapist? Maybe they can address her trauma and the stress that causes her to faint repeatedly," the doctor advised.
"Alright, doctor. Thank you!" Fardan said, and then he went back to Faiza.
Ayesha was trying to force-feed Faiza, but she kept refusing to eat.
"Ayesha, call Auntie and tell her everything is fine. She must be worrying unnecessarily," Fardan said as he entered the room, and Ayesha understood and left the room.
"Why don't you want to eat, madam?" Fardan asked, sitting beside Faiza.
"When will we leave here?" Faiza ignored his question and asked her own.
"What's the problem with staying here?" Fardan asked.
"I don't like staying here. Every time I pass by a hospital, I remember my mother's death. I can't stay here, please," Faiza said with teary eyes.
"No problem. We'll leave in a little while. Don't cry," Fardan said lovingly as he wiped her tears, making Faiza happily hug him.
Fardan was a bit surprised by Faiza's sudden action, but then he smiled and hugged her back.

After ending the call with Auntie, Ayesha kept calling Saif repeatedly, but the number was busy every time. Ayesha was very worried, then sad, and eventually extremely irritated. In anger, she started talking to herself, "He always annoys me with calls, and now when I want to talk to him, he won't call me." Tears of anger welled up in her eyes, which she wiped away. She felt as if Saif was nearby, so she looked around, but he was nowhere to be seen.
"Have you started to fall in love with me now?" Saif muttered to himself as he watched her from a distance, feeling concerned for Ayesha.
Ayesha couldn't see Saif, but Saif could see her. Saif had blocked Ayesha's number. He didn't want Ayesha to truly fall in love with him and then have her heart broken. After talking for so many months, Ayesha had made a place in Saif's heart. No matter how much he hated Fardan, he had always liked Ayesha. Initially, he had approached her fueled by hatred and revenge, but now he had grown fond of her. That's why he had now changed his plan and was thinking of taking direct revenge on Fardan instead of hurting Ayesha.

"Shafiq is my only cousin. Please let me go!" Faiza pleaded with Fardan.
"No, Faiza, there's no need for you to go there. Whenever you go there, something bad happens," Fardan said with concern.
"You'll be with me, right? Nothing will happen to me," Faiza continued to persuade Fardan, trying to get him to agree to go to Shafiq and Arshia's wedding.
"No. Neither I nor you... None of us will go there," Fardan said firmly.
"If I tell you not to go to Ayesha's wedding, will you not go?" Faiza asked, clasping her hands and looking into his eyes.
This side of Faiza was new to Fardan. He felt a surge of affection for her and, suppressing a smile, said, "If you ask me, I will even die."
"You are very bad," Faiza said, stomping her feet and walking away angrily.
"Alright, fine. Get ready. We'll go, but only for 2 hours. We won't stay there longer, and you will stay away from your aunt," Fardan said, following her.
"Really?" Faiza asked happily, and Fardan, seeing her mood change so quickly, just stared at her.
"If you're not ready in 20 minutes, we're not going," Fardan said, looking at his watch, and Faiza quickly went to her room to get ready.

Adil was sitting in the secret hideout, looking at his phone, when Rumaisa arrived.
As soon as he saw Rumaisa, Adil turned his face away, which hurt Rumaisa, but she also pretended to ignore him and went to sit in her place.
"Rumaisa, what are you doing here? You don't have any work here today," Sofiya asked as she approached her.
"Fardan sir told me to come here. I have some important work to do tonight," Rumaisa replied, and Adil looked at her. Rumaisa's gaze was also on Adil, but Adil turned his eyes back to his phone.
"I'm an orphan, but you have a mother and sister at home. How do they let you stay out so late?" Sofiya asked.
"Someone who has everything but still has nothing, you can't understand their pain, Sofiya," Rumaisa said with a smile, but her eyes were filled with sadness.
Rumaisa smiled and walked out. Sofiya looked at her strangely. She couldn't understand any of Rumaisa's words. Adil's eyes were still on his phone, but his mind was entirely on Rumaisa. Adil was deeply affected by Rumaisa's words, but he couldn't understand why she said such things.

Please suggest if I should write a separate book for Rumaisa and Adil, or should I include their story in this book only?
