Flashback:
"Bhai, what are you doing for so long? I've been calling you for dinner. Why aren't you coming?" Ayesha said as she walked into the room where Fardan was writing something.
"You go ahead. I'll come soon," Fardan replied, and Ayesha left the room.
Dear Fiza,
How are you? You told me your cousins encouraged you to continue your studies but you aren't able to. I have a suggestion for you if you're interested. You can complete your education for free. Just get off at the next bus stop from where we usually meet, and you'll see a college right in front of you. It's especially for girls who have the talent but not the money. You can try it there. If you get a scholarship, you can complete your higher studies and graduate for free. I can vouch for this college because my sister studied there.
Your friend,
ShehriAs soon as Fardan finished writing in his diary, he went downstairs to eat. After finishing his meal, Fardan rushed to the bus stop to meet Faiza and hand her the diary. After giving the diary to Faiza, Fardan went to his secret hideout.
"Sir, we are trying to gather information about this Furqaan everywhere, but we can't find anything," Ahmed repeated the same thing, which Fardan hated hearing.
"Ahmed, leave Furqaan for now and keep an eye on Faiza's cousins. They are in the country for a few days. Find out if they still have any contact with Furqaan," Fardan said thoughtfully.
"Alright, sir, as you say," Ahmed said and left.
"This father-daughter duo has driven me crazy," Fardan said, taking a deep breath.
"Rafiq, go to our college near the bus stop and tell them to give 100% scholarship to any girl named Faiza Amani who comes there," Fardan ordered, and Rafiq nodded and left.
"Bhai, isn't 100% scholarship too much?" Adil, as usual, questioned Fardan.
"No... I want to see how truthful she is," Fardan replied.
"Bhai, if she is Furqaan's daughter, she should have enough money to study in a college, right? Furqaan made a lot of money through illicit means," Adil questioned again.
"That's why I want to see how important Faiza is to Furqaan. If he finds out his daughter is in our college, he will come to take her away," Fardan said with a smile.
"Wow, bhai, what a plan you have made," Adil also smiled.
"Sir, you called for me?" Rumaisa asked as she arrived.
"Yes, you need to join the college," Fardan said.
"Sir, I told you I don't want to study. I'm here only to avenge my father," Rumaisa said to Fardan.
"Yes, I know, Rumaisa. Just as you're eager to avenge your father, I'm equally eager to avenge my parents," Fardan said.
"Then why are you asking me to join the college? It's not like Furqaan will be there," Rumaisa said, making a face.
"Furqaan won't be there, but his daughter will. When she joins our college, befriend her. Under the pretence of friendship, gather all information about her father and bring it to me," Fardan explained to her, and Rumaisa started thinking.
"If Rumaisa doesn't want to go, we can send Sofiya instead, bhai," Adil suggested, and Rumaisa glared at him.
"I'll go, sir," Rumaisa said, turning away from Adil and leaving.

"I'm Rumaisa Amjad," Rumaisa said with a smile, extending her hand towards Faiza. In this unfamiliar college, Rumaisa was the only one who extended a hand of friendship towards Faiza. All the other girls looked at Faiza strangely, but Rumaisa was the only one who didn't question her. It was a girls' college, but Faiza, out of habit, came in a burqa, which seemed quite old and worn out.
"Faiza Amani," Faiza said, shaking hands with Rumaisa.
Within a few days, they became close friends, and whatever Faiza told Rumaisa, she would report to Fardan. This continued for several days until they learned that Faiza's father had left her with her mother during her childhood and never returned, not even when her mother passed away.
This news was a shock to Fardan. The man he wanted revenge on was not in contact with Faiza. Fardan had ended the "Shehri" charade as soon as Faiza joined the college and never went back to meet her. It had been five months since Faiza joined the college when Fardan passed by the same bus stop and saw Faiza sitting there holding the diary. Fardan felt guilty for betraying her just like Faiza's father had betrayed her. He thought of confessing to Faiza that their friendship was an act, but he stayed silent.
Fardan had first seen Faiza at the age of 15, unaware that she was the daughter of his parent's killer. Fardan was at the hospital with his very sick sister, Ayesha, and Faiza was also there. Fardan was worried about Ayesha, not wanting to lose her like he lost his parents. Remembering his parents' death, he started crying, wiping his tears when someone approached him.
"Are you worried?" a voice asked, and he looked up.
A beautiful little girl in a pink dress was asking him.
Fardan ignored her.
"My mother is also sick. We brought her here. She told me if we pray to Allah, she will get better," nine-year-old Faiza said, sharing everything with him.
"Don't cry. I don't cry anymore because my mother said my tears cause her more pain," Faiza's words made Fardan wipe his tears and leave.
Ayesha recovered within two days, making Fardan very happy, but Faiza faced a tragedy no one could imagine. She lost her mother, and at the tender age of nine, her world shattered.
Years later, when Fardan realized that Faiza was the same girl he met at the hospital, he felt a momentary affection for her innocent gesture. But remembering she was Furqaan's daughter, he began to hate her silently. He never harmed Faiza but kept a close watch on her. When Rumaisa informed him that Furqaan had abandoned them long ago and didn't even return for her mother's death, Fardan began to pity Faiza and hate Furqaan intensely.
Gradually, his pity for Faiza turned into caring for her without his realization. Faiza had forgotten about "Shehri" within a few months and stopped coming to the bus stop, but Fardan would visit the college daily to see her. As the chairman, he had access to all the college's cameras and couldn't see anything but Faiza. He thought Faiza might be like other girls, appearing innocent but being cunning. But after watching her for so long, he found proof of her innocence. There was something magnetic about Faiza that constantly drew Fardan towards her. He watched her all the time but never dared to apologize. He wanted his mistake hidden, hoping Faiza would never discover his true identity. However, a time came that Fardan never anticipated. His concern for Faiza transformed into love. Slowly, his love became an obsession, and he began falling deeply in love with her. He yearned to have Faiza because now, his love for her had become an obsession, His Love Obsession.
