"When my mother passed away, my uncle took me to his home. My aunt wanted to leave me in an orphanage, but my uncle had promised my mother before she died that he would take care of me for the rest of his life. My uncle loved his only sister dearly, so despite my aunt's insistence, he gave me shelter in his home. My aunt was very irritated by this and repeatedly told me that I was a burden on them. She said I was responsible for my mother's death and that it was also because of me that my father left us." Faiza's voice began to tremble as she started crying. Remembering her past was causing her a lot of pain. Although Fardan had pulled her out of that dark world and given her a new life, a corner of Faiza's heart still held that darkness—the abandonment by her father, the death of her mother, and the cruelty of her aunt—these memories haunted her. From time to time, she would fall into these dark thoughts, and that was why her health kept deteriorating. She had endured so much at a young age, and these things still hadn't let go of her. She was very happy with Ayesha and Fardan, but sometimes the fear gripped her that if she ever had to face her father again or if her aunt forcibly took her back to that hell, what would she do? These fears were the reasons for her frequent low blood pressure and panic attacks.

Fardan quickly embraced her and tried to calm her down, but she continued to cry, and Fardan didn't know what to do. From Faiza's words, Fardan understood that Faiza had started to open up to him, but she still hadn't learned to assert her rights over Fardan and Ayesha. She still hadn't accepted Fardan as her own, and that was why their relationship couldn't move forward.

Fardan sat up and, pulling her close, held her face in his hands and asked, "Do you trust me?"

"Yes, I do," Faiza replied, wiping her tears.

"Then forget everything and just remember this: I will never leave you, and you will never have to face those days again." What Fardan said was true, and Faiza felt reassured, but she was still haunted by memories of her mother. She didn't know why, but she missed her mother intensely every year on her birthday. She would cry a lot. Her uncle would bring her something sweet, but her heart would never be happy.

Now, Fardan wiped her tears and gently stroked her face, saying, "Don't worry at all. I will never leave you because I can't live without you."

She smiled and hugged Fardan. He smiled as he gently ran his fingers through her hair. Faiza now felt at peace. All the things she had kept inside for years, she had finally shared with Fardan, and it lightened her heart. She was very happy to have someone who would listen to her silently. The comfort that Fardan gave her with just one sentence was more than enough for Faiza. She was happy knowing that Fardan cared deeply for her and was always there for her.

By sharing their secrets, they had established a relationship of trust. Faiza had always liked Fardan, but for the first time, she felt that she didn't want to live without him. She wanted to spend her whole life with her husband, but she was unaware that Fardan still hadn't told her everything.

He was lying next to her, stroking her hair, and thinking about how to ask for her forgiveness. Faiza had now fallen into a deep sleep. He got up, performed ablution, and prayed, asking Allah for forgiveness for blaming an innocent person for a mistake she hadn't committed.

*Sir, please come quickly. Shamsher sir's operation is about to start,* Kareem said.

*I've told you so many times, if you're outside, don't address him by his real name,* Furqaan scolded him.

*Sorry sir, they're ready to start Saif sir's surgery. They're taking him into the OT,* Kareem said fearfully, and Furqaan ended the call.

When Shamsher was 11 years old, some of Furqaan's business rivals kidnapped him, and that was why Furqaan was always concerned about his son's safety. They had used Shamsher to secure a tender, causing Furqaan a loss of 1300 crores. To protect his son, Furqaan changed Shamsher's name. He had Shamsher's name changed from Shamsher Furqaan Ahmed Sikander to Saif Sultaan everywhere so that no one would come after him. He kept his son in another house, where he rarely visited to keep him out of sight. Furqaan provided Shamsher with every luxury in the world, but he couldn't understand that what Shamsher needed wasn't luxury but love. He had always longed for one thing—the love of his father. Furqaan would sometimes visit Shamsher, but they would barely talk.

Shamsher completed his initial education at home, but he was very interested in photography, so he wanted to travel the world and capture different places. He loved nature more than people, and after much argument with Furqaan, he finally set out to pursue photography. However, after a small accident where Shamsher got slightly injured, Furqaan pulled him away from photography and enrolled him in college to study law. Despite his reluctance, Shamsher studied law, and when he became a lawyer, Furqaan introduced him to the world of mafia. Furqaan made him a part of his gang, using the name Sher. Furqaan was involved in many illegal activities, but Shamsher was aware of only a few. Shamsher's job was to get Furqaan's men out of trouble if they were caught in these activities. Initially, Shamsher would ask his father a thousand questions before doing any task. He knew his father was involved in illegal activities, so he tried to stop him. But when he learned that, for some reason, Fardan's family was responsible for his mother's death, he started working without question, driven by the fire of revenge. Revenge against Fardan became the sole and ultimate purpose of his life. He spent all his time planning revenge against Fardan. Furqaan would always use the excuse of avenging his mother to get Shamsher to do any illegal work. When Furqaan told Shamsher about his plan to trap Ayesha, Shamsher didn't like it, but for his mother's revenge, he agreed. His uncle had always helped his father with these activities, but whenever it came to avenging his mother, his uncle would step back. Shamsher found this behavior of his uncle very unpleasant, but he remained silent.

When Furqaan reached the hospital, Shamsher's operation had already started. He stood outside the OT, praying for his son's safety.
