ashton's pov

"dance pretty boy dance!"

sweat was falling from my forehead as i swung my hips around the pole once more, sticking my ass out and bending down before going back up. the crowd hollared, throwing countless dollar bills on the stage and i flashed them a smile before walking off.

"how much do you think i made today?" i asked maya, the one who owned the whole joint.

"i'd say at least seven hundred." she smirked and i nodded before going back in the dressing room. there were countless girls applying make up, stoping their movements as i walked in.

"i can't believe i go on after you, it's like a downgrade." ashley frowned, adjusting her bunny ears atop her head.

"you'll do fine." i rolled my eyes and took her place on the stool once she got up.

"you're the only male stripper here not to mention you work for playboy." she scoffed. "i've been dying to get in do you know how much they pay? and all i have to do is get naked i'm already halfway there." she motioned to her outfit.

"how did you get in?" ashley and i turned around to see pasley tying her hair up in a loose bun.

"i don't know i just walked in." i shrugged and she scoffed before going unscrewing the lid of her mascarra.

i knew she probably thought i was lying but that's all i did. i walked in to visit a friend and the main man just happened to be walking out of the elevator. the rest was history.

i grabbed my basketball shorts off the dresser and slid them over my black lace panties, some of the girls hollaring and i blushed. i quickly threw on a shirt, kissing ashley's cheek and wishing her luck as she strolled off.

"you're a lucky man ashton." i turned my attention towards bethany who was adjusting her bra. "you work around a bunch of lesbians who dance to straight men."

i chuckled, realizing the thought. "and you work with a gay boy who dances on a pole for thirsty straight men."

"you find yourself someone yet?" she asked and i nodded making her raise an eyebrow at me. "what's his name?"

"calum." i told her honestly. "he's got a kid and she's so cute."

"does he know about- this?" she motioned to the whole room and myself. i shook my head no and she frowned.

"you know you need to tell him, you shouldn't lie to him like that."

"i'm not lying, i said i was a model."

"yeah, for playboy, ashton. what if he picks one up and you're on the front cover?"

i sighed, tying my hair up in a small bun. "can we talk about this another time please?"

she nodded, giving me a sympathetic smile as i walked off to collect my money.

"eight hundred and seventy-two dollars." claire breathed, handing me over the large stack of cash and i put it in my backpack. "you must of really worked it tonight."

"guess so." i chuckled lightly, thanking her before quickly leaving the club. i made my way home without trouble, walking into the lobby to see no one behind the desk.

i rushed up the stairs to my floor and unlocked my door, closing it shut behind me as i threw my bag on the couch. "what have you got yourself in to." i mumbled to myself as i made my way to the bathroom.

i turned on the shower and stripped in front of the mirror, dollar bills falling on the foor. i picked them up and set them on the counter and stepped into the shower. the hot water pooled down my back and i sighed, washing my hair and body before rinsing off the scent of old men and stepping out.

i grabbed a towel and wrapping it around my waist, my feet patting softly against the floors as i reached my bedroom. i dropped the towel and put on some boxers along with some sweatpants, leaving my upper half bare.

after i cleaned up all the dollar bills, that added up to around fifty dollars, i stuffed it in my wallet and opened my bedroom window.

there was a staircase on the side of the building in case there was ever a fire but i just used it to get to calum's window and surprise him. the air was cold but i shook it off as i shut my window behind me, knowing i hid the lock part with a bunch of plants so people would assume they couldn't get in and walked down the stairs and stopped at calum's window and knocked.

the light was on in his room and he smiled, rushing over to the window and opening it. i quickly climbed through the window. "what are you doing here?"

"i can't see my boyfriend?" i scoffed, but smile none of the less and wrapped my arms around him. "how's april doing?"

"we're actually eating dinner, you tap on things really loud by the way." calum pulled away and i followed him to the kitchen after closing his window. april was sat eating a piece of what looked like barbeque chicken and my stomach growled. "i'll make you a plate."

i thanked him and sat down across from april, watching as she bit into the chicken till calum placed my own plate in front of me. calum sat down, finshing off his plate and i eagerly finished mine, earning a small stare. "haven't had much today?"

"yeah." i replied honestly, knowing i'm lying enough.

after dinner i helped calum with the dishes but he shooed me off so i put april to sleep. "can you sing to me?" the six year old yawned as i put her down. i licked my lips before nodding, thinking of a good song before i grinned before taking off from the chorus.

"honey, you're familiar like my mirror years ago. idealism sits in prison, chivalry fell on its sword. innocence died screaming, honey, ask me I should know. slithered here from eden just to sit outside your door.." i trailed off and sighed when seeing april was snoring softly.

i left the room, knowing not to shut the door and made my way over to the kitchen. calum was drying off the last of the dishes and i snuck up and wrapped my arms around him from behind making him let out a squeak.

i kissed playfully at his neck and smiled. "come to bed love."

"just let me finish up." he chuckled and i waited patienly. after calum turned off the kitchen light i carried him to the bedroom and threw him on the bed, crawling over him slowly. he let out a small giggled as i lifted his shirt up and kissed at his stomach.

"a-ashton stop!" he pressed his his hands against my head trying to push my off but i sucked small hickey's into his skin making his breath hitch.

i smirked at the reaction but got off of him, plopping down beside him on the bed and cuddling into his side. "well i think we should go to bed now." i mumbled, seeing if he remembered the memory.

he turned to the side and narrowed his eyes at me. "i know what you're doing."

"good, night cutie." i quickly shut my eyes and snuggled into his chest more.

"night, ashton." he breathed but this time he wrapped his arms around me and kissed my cheek lazily.
