Chu Zhichen gracefully removed his slippers, gracefully bent his knees, and gracefully transitioned from the sofa to Xiang Mingzhang's side. While many in ancient times would bow for a mere five buckets of rice, Chu Zhichen couldn't quite understand what Xiang Mingzhang was doing.

As he struggled to sit up, Xiang Mingzhang reached out to grab him, hooking one of his legs and separating them as they sat facing each other.

In the midst of it all, the documents in Chu Zhichen's hands fell to the side. It had never occurred to him that a grown man could assume such an indelicate position.

Maintaining his usual straight posture, albeit slightly bowed, Chu Zhichen placed his hands on Xiang Mingzhang's abdomen, determined not to topple forward.

Relaxed on the sofa, Xiang Mingzhang maliciously flexed his abdominal muscles.

Chu Zhichen noticed the change in position, raised his hand, and instantaneously lost his support. He tipped forward, unbalanced, not bothering to ask, "Did I hurt you?"

Feeling the need to offer comfort, Xiang Mingzhang held Chu Zhichen in his arms and stated, "It doesn't hurt, it's just a bit ticklish."

Immobile and unable to rise, Chu Zhichen inquired, "What do you want?"

Xiang Mingzhang, displaying a hint of aggression, replied, "What do you think? Am I the only one enduring the hardships?"

Chu Zhichen was no piece of wood and had no intention of remaining silent for long. Considering his current indecent posture, denying it would only make things more awkward.

With a smile, he responded, "No."

Xiang Mingzhang asserted forcefully, "Then why are you acting like a spoiled young master?"

Chu Zhichen retorted, "Well, I'm not a saint." He chuckled and added, "I didn't blame you for using the bid document to deceive me."

The study room, situated on the apartment's dimly lit side, had a slightly colder temperature. On the sofa lay a blanket that had been draped over it while reading.

Xiang Mingzhang unfolded it and placed it over Chu Zhichen, saying, "Who deceived you? Where were we just discussing?"

Finding a comfortable angle, Chu Zhichen leaned against Xiang Mingzhang's shoulder and inquired, "Why was the presentation document omitted from the tender document?"

Xiang Mingzhang explained, "It's more accurately referred to as 'condensing'."

With his arms concealed beneath the blanket, Xiang Mingzhang pressed against Chu Zhichen's back and elaborated, "The speech duration is fixed, and Party A won't grant you an extra second. Consequently, you need to approximate the number of words you'll speak based on your speech speed."

Chu Zhichen exclaimed, "Why not adjust the word count of the presentation file?"

Xiang Mingzhang responded, his palm sliding, "Well, let's say the bidding document is 15,000 words, but the bidding time only allows for approximately 8,000 words. In such cases, you have to select or omit parts of your presentation document."

Chu Zhichen suddenly held his breath and murmured after a brief pause, "Hmm."

Xiang Mingzhang continued, "The document will include some diagrams, and the explanations can be lengthy or concise. It's something you'll have to consider."

Speaking in a lowered voice, as if grinding his teeth, Chu Zhichen asked, "If you had to choose, would it be the most crucial content within the framework of the bid selection document?"
