"Jace! Jace, what's going on? Jace? I've been texting you since Izzy and I got back from the club. Where have you been?" Leya asks Jace as she walks over and places a hand onto his shoulder and he jumps and then turns around to face her looking around the Institute.
"I have no idea." Jace tells her. ••• "The last thing I remember, I was...I was fighting Jonathan in the club, but...but then he must've knocked me out, but it was..." Jace tells Leya as they sit inside his room.
"Jace...Jonathan's not the Owl. Me and Izzy slashed him with our whips. The electrum...it didn't burn." Leya tells him.
"But...then the nightmares I've been having..." Jace tells her.
"They're not signs. Jonathan is dead." Leya tells him as she rubs his back.
"Then that's good. Yeah, that's good." Jace tells her as he stands up and walks into the middle of the room.
"Jace, what's going on with you? Is it bringing you back? The wish that I made?" Leya asks and he turns around to face her.
"No. I'm...I'm fine." Jace tells her.
"No, you are not! We need to tell the others." Leya tells him.
"No." Jace tells her.
"We need to get you some help." Leya tells him.
"Leya...listen, you need to swear to me that you haven't told anyone else about this." Jace tells her as he walks over and kneels in front of her placing his hands on top of her knees.
"No, not yet Jace, but..." Leya tells him but he cuts her off.
"Leya, we've been through this. You compelled the one wish from Raziel. To the clave, that's the worst offense possible." Jace tells her.
"And I don't care! Let them throw me into the Gard. Okay? I'm not losing you again." Leya tells him as she stands up and he stands up after her.
"I promise you, I'm fine." Jace tells her.
"Then why don't you remember where you've been?" Leya asks.
"I'm just tired. I haven't slept in days." Jace tells her.
"Do you honestly believe that's all that this is?" Leya asks and Jace takes a step forward and cups her cheeks with both hands and kisses her before pulling away.
"I just need to get some rest. And now that...now that I know Jonathan is dead...I finally can." Jace tells her and then let's go of her face and walks over to his bed and sits down on it. ••• (Leya's outfit)
