"So. Here's a plan." TFR addressed the group a couple hours later in another room. "I don't want to say the plan, because we are most likely going to argue for hours about it."
"Sounds like a plan!" K-391 jokes.
"Ok, wise guy, how are we going to get into the fortress?" TFR retorts. K-391 shrugs.
"Actually it's Easy! With a diversion." Ava Max proposes.
Everyone looks at her.
"One of us attempts to rescue our friends without any plan whatsoever, and while NCS is dealing with them, the rest of us slip in and actually do the rescuing! Again without any plan whatsoever!" She smirks.
The rest stare at her.
"As much as I hate to say it, she's got something there." Alan Walker suggests.
"Throw out a diversion, then go with the flow?" TFR asks. "You know, I don't hate that. We're going to rescue people anyway, we can grab one more."
"Yeah, but who's going to volunteer for it?" Ava Max asks.
The others turn to look at her."Nooooooooo!!!!!" She runs out of the room. She gets stopped in a blur of orange light. K-391 gives a fake evil laugh.
"Coome oon, you said you wanted to be useful, and this is the best way to do it! This was your idea after all!" Alan Walker reasons with her.
"I didn't mean me! And I do not recall ever saying that!" She pouts.
"Cheer up, when you get caught, we may possibly come back for you!" K-391 teases.
"Fine. I can put on quite the spectacle when I put my mind to it." She agrees.
"That's the spirit." Alan Walker teases, and he and K-391 drag her back into the meeting room."Alright. Alan, as our inside intel, do you have anything to add about the fortress?" TFR asks.
"Umm... yeah. Even if the diversion holds up and gets the attention of everyone in the building, we'll have to deal with security cameras, boobie traps, dizzying architecture, even hacking into the network to find out where our friends is going to be no acoustic single." Alan Walker states. "And that's if we don't run into Plutonium."
"What's that?" Ava Max askes.
"It's not a what it's a who, (I think). I don't know much about Plutonium, they succeeded the *shudder* previous NCS leader right before I left, but they have the potential to be a real problem."
"Well, is it a boy or a girl, for starters." K-391 asks.
"I... Don't really know. For all I know, it could be a "They". But most importantly, you guys need to make sure you don't get caught. NCS has been cooking up a nasty little weapon for a while that is the reason we need to get Ava max out as soon as possible."
"Is it the symbol they graft into your skin?" TFR asked. "I've been doing research, and something tells me there's a bit more to it than being a branding mark."
"Yes, it is much more. There's no way to remove it, it's insanely painful to get it, and if the connected tablet is within 10 yards, all it takes is a push of the button and you're dead." Alan Walker said.
"But you can't kill an artist." K-391 protests.
"Tell that to NCS." Alan walker counters. "Trust me. I've seen it with my own eyes. They put it on every immortal artist that goes in there. We will have to be quick getting Ava Max out and pray Plutonium doesn't do it early."
