K-391 was suddenly angry. He started to sing the same song that had sent them on this crazy adventure.
"I'll cross my heart
And hope to die
We're always and forever, I'll be by your side"
As K-391 sang, he stood up. He made the 'crosses heart' gesture. Bands of orange energy started to form an infinity loop around Alan Walker and K-391.
K-391 sang the rest of the verse.
"When days are dark
And stars don't line
We're always and forever 'til the end, the end of time"
The bands of orange energy dissipated. The crazy spectacle was over just as quickly as it had started. TFR and Ava Max stared. Alan Walker, getting a general idea of what had happened, scoffed, and took off.
"What just happened?" Ava Max asked.
"I don't know for sure," TFR replied. "I've never seen anything like this before. I think K just made up a new phenomenon."
"Yeah, but what did it do?" Ava Max continued. "Did K just force Alan to always be with him or something?"
"I don't think he forced anything," TFR responded. "I think it was more like a promise. A mystical link. One that Alan definitely didn't want."
K-391 did not comment on the event. He just examined the pieces of his headphones. He clicked his tongue. "I'm gonna have to make new ones. These are beyond repair," He got up and left, leaving Ava Max still with a confused look on her face, and TFR frantically taking notes on what had just happened.
Neither K-391 nor Alan Walker fully knew at the time what had fully happened, or the impact it would have on their lives.
