Indigo sat in Tony's lab, her fingers idly tracing the intricate patterns on the bracelet adorning her wrist. Breaking into the compound had been effortless for her; now, she waited patiently for Tony to return from whatever he was doing.

That morning, Indigo left Wakanda with T'Challa's permission, knowing she needed space before she took her frustrations out on someone. She appreciated his concern. Indigo expected to find Tony at the compound; it was where he usually spent his time.

Casually, Indigo kicked her feet up onto Tony's desk and leaned back, closing her eyes for a moment. Not sure how long Tony would be gone, she had quickly disabled Friday upon arrival to prevent any alerts that could tip off Tony about her unauthorized entry.

"What the fuck?"

Indigo's eyes snapped open at Tony's exclamation, finding him standing in the doorway with a mixture of shock and concern etched across his face. Reacting swiftly, she stood up and raised her hands to show she was unarmed as Tony rushed towards her.

Indigo closed her eyes briefly, bracing herself as Tony closed the distance between them. She didn't want another confrontation with him. She winced as she felt his arms envelop her, but cautiously opened her eyes to find Tony embracing her.

"I'm sorry, Tony," Indigo murmured, her voice barely above a whisper. The unexpected hug caught her off guard, stirring conflicting emotions within her.

Indigo melted into Tony's embrace, her arms wrapping around him instinctively. She hadn't realized how much she had missed him until that moment.

I'm glad you came back, Willow," he said quietly.

"I'm glad I came back too, Tony," Indigo murmured softly, feeling a rush of warmth and relief at his words.

As Tony pulled away slightly to look at her, concern etched on his face, she met his gaze with a mixture of vulnerability and gratitude. "You look awful, have you not slept since the last time I saw you."

Indigo chuckled softly at Tony's comment, her laughter tinged with both relief and lingering sorrow. Then, unexpectedly, tears welled up in her eyes as the weight of her emotions washed over her. She had missed Tony deeply, and the guilt over Bucky's actions weighed heavily on her heart.

"Friday, lock the door and blur the windows," Tony instructed, his voice betraying a sense of urgency. He glanced around, expecting to see the room respond to his command, but nothing happened.

Indigo chuckled at Tony's bemused expression. "I disarmed her when I came in," she explained, walking over to the computer and swiftly reactivating Friday.

Tony's confusion turned into curiosity as he raised an eyebrow. "Since when do you know how to disarm my AI?"

"I've been spending time with some smart people," Indigo replied cryptically, aware that revealing Wakanda as her recent whereabouts wasn't an option.
