6 Months Later...
Indigo adjusted Gracie's Captain America costume, making sure everything was in place.
"Are you sure this is what you want to be for Halloween?" she asked, smoothing out the fabric.
"I wanna be just like Unkie Stevey," Gracie said excitedly, reaching for the plastic Captain America shield.
Indigo chuckled, watching her daughter run around the compound in her costume.
"Well, I think Grace looks great," Steve said, his eyes sparkling with pride.
Indigo playfully rolled her eyes. "Of course you do."
Nat slid an arm around Indigo's waist and joined in watching Gracie's antics.
"She does know her aunt is a cooler superhero, right?" Nat teased, a playful smile on her face.
Indigo chuckled as she watched Gracie energetically fight imaginary bad guys, her movements reflecting her inherited clumsiness.
"Well, I don't understand why they both needed to be Capsicle," Tony chimed in from the couch, his attention on Morgan playing with a plastic shield.
"I think it's awesome," Steve added with a laugh, enjoying the scene before him.
Indigo and Nat burst out laughing at Tony's comment, enjoying the playful banter.
"I think me, Indie, and Pep look great, way better than America's ass over here," Nat quipped, giving Steve a playful slap on the butt.
They were all dressed as fairies, each adorned in colorful short dresses with delicate wings. Indigo had happily embraced the whimsical theme to delight Morgan and Gracie.
"I think you look great," Steve replied to Nat with a smile.
"Okay, keep it in your pants," Tony retorted as he stood up, his confidence in his costume evident. "I think me and Clint have won the costume contest."
Indigo couldn't help but chuckle as Clint walked into the room with a plastic Iron Man mask on, his deadpan expression contrasting with the playful nature of the gathering.
"I agree," he mumbled from behind the mask, his voice slightly muffled.
Meanwhile, Tony was entertaining Morgan with his antics, holding a tiny bow and pretending to shoot fake arrows at her, prompting giggles from the little girl.
It warmed Indigo's heart to have everyone together for Halloween, creating memories and laughter. She was determined to make Gracie's fourth birthday special, especially after all the progress her daughter had made at her new school. Gracie was learning so many new things, though she still struggled with nightmares, she was getting better at managing them.
