I finally got on tinder. I needed to get myself back out there. I still hadn't had a boyfriend ever and I was 24. I needed to look for someone. I put it off for years but I finally did it. I created my account and started swiping. I put my location as London so I would have more choice. I actually lived in Cardiff for University but I knew I wouldn't find anyone if I put my location as that. I hated everyone. It was definitely harder than I thought until I saw this one guy. Same age as me. He was called Bob. A faceless picture just like I had. He was the only guy I swiped right for. We matched. Within minutes he started typing. I did have to laugh at his name. I had never met a Bob in my life

Just wish I had some friends to celebrate it with. I did have this one childhood best friend but my dad dragged us away because the boy started getting into motorsports and my dad hated it. Honestly sucks so much because I did love him a lot

Worst part is that I made a pact with that guy that we would start dating each other if we were still single by the time we were 25 and now me & him are 24 and I thought the world would bring us together but I'm still waiting. Our birthdays were literally days apart. His was on the 13th Nov and mine was on the 16th Nov so we had joint birthdays for ages.

I work in Formula One as an engineer. It's pretty exciting!

Currently I'm working in this little cafe. It's not the worst job in the world but it's not something I wanna do for the rest of my life
