I'm gonna be honest. We had insane sex that night. Like we definitely got revenge on the girl in the dorm next to me who was always getting laid and making so much noise in the background of me & Lando's calls. It was actually really good sex. Until I noticed his bracelet. The bracelet Luisa bought him. He was wearing that fucking bracelet while being inside me.

"What. The. Fuck." I said while looking directly at his wrist. I had scrolled back on his instagram before and seen the bracelet. I've seen videos on TikTok of him saying it's from Luisa. He knew what I was looking at too.

"Oh shit. The bracelet... it's nothing. I promise" he said.

"really??? your ex bought you that bracelet and you're still wearing it. Are you still with her or something???"

"No??? we're not together anymore. It's just a piece of jewellery..."

"a piece of jewellery that she fucking bought you. you're fucking me while wearing a bracelet that another girl got you???"

"I...I didn't think about it. It doesn't mean anything..."

"take it fucking off then. I'm not letting you fuck me while wearing a bracelet that your old girlfriend got you" I said. He took the bracelet off and put it on the floor

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have worn it. But it doesn't change how I feel about you"

"I'm just really bugged out by that bracelet now... it's not that I don't trust you but I have so many trust issues that it's not gonna go away until I check your phone or something stupid" I said. I didn't expect him to let me have his phone but he reached over to the nightstand, unlocked his phone and gave it to me.

"Here. Go through it. I have nothing to hide from you" he said. I looked at him in disbelief.

"I wasn't expecting you to just hand over your phone like that..."

"I know it's not much, but I want you to trust me. I want us to be open and honest with each other"

I looked through his phone. Specifically messages between him and Luisa but there was nothing on instagram... the last dms were from 2022 of them replying to each other's stories and that was when they were still together. Messages were the same... last message sent 2022.

"I told you, we broke up years ago. She means nothing to me now"

"I believe you..."

"Good. I wouldn't want you to think otherwise. I promise you, my heart belongs to you now"

"can we just cuddle for the rest of the night...? I've got a class in the morning anyway so I need some sleep" I said. He nodded and pulled out before wrapping his arms around my waist and holding me close.

"Of course, let's cuddle. I love spending time with you like this"

"me too... I just feel so guilty for not trusting you"

"There's no need to feel guilty, love. I understand why you might have been suspicious. But I want you to know that I'm here for you, and I'll always be honest with you. Now, let's just enjoy the rest of the night together"

"I'm gonna buy you a bracelet tomorrow. a replacement one for the bracelet your ex bought you"

"That sounds perfect, beautiful. And I promise to only wear it when I'm with you"

"wear it all the time. then you'll have a reminder of me even when we're apart. it will be my version of the promise ring you bought me today. you can get a promise bracelet"

"That sounds perfect, and I love you for it. But remember, you are my promise ring, my forever promise. And no matter what happens, you're stuck with me, baby"

"what are we gonna do when I finish uni? I've gotta move out of this dorm but your apartment is in Monaco and I don't think I wanna move that far away from our families..."

"Maybe I'll move back here permanently. It's not like I have many ties left in Monaco"

"Obviously I would. I've been waiting 17 years for you to come back into my life and I'm not leaving you alone again. Now, let's get some sleep, alright?"

"That's if I don't cry. Is it bad that ever since we got together I've just had crazy emotions? like I just wanna cry because I feel loved for once in my life. I've never ever felt loved like this before and I'm starting to think it's just a dream that I'm going to wake up from" I said with teary eyes

"Never doubt how I feel about you, beautiful. You're not dreaming, this is real. You're my dream come true, and I'll never let you go" he said as he held me close and he wiped one of my tears while he started tearing up

"we're just gonna cry because of how much we love each other, aren't we?" I said while wiping one of his tears and him wiping one of mine

"Maybe a little bit, but that's okay. It just shows how deeply we feel for each other. And yes, let's promise to always be there for one another through everything life throws at us"

"we're such a mess" I said with a little laugh

"But we're a beautiful mess, baby. Now, let's get some sleep. I love you"
