Chapter 39

Finally, I'm on my period. I started to bleed as soon as I woke up in the morning, saving my cute shorts from staining with blood. 

Daddy left after feeding me breakfast and saying thousands of apologies for his actions. He also assured me that he is wrapping up the deal this week, and then he will be all mine to punish. 

I'm wondering about all the punishments I can try. Rey and Eli suggested a few, but they all seem way too cruel to me. I want something fun and light.

Zed has also returned to the castle from God knows where. He looks slightly thin from where I can see him from my window. Yes, he doesn't know I'm still in the castle.

He has been informed that I went on a vacation with Eli. Although, as per Rey, Zed didn't fully believe it but didn't question it further.

I feel like doing something today, but I don't know what. You don't get a lot of options when you're stuck on a floor.

“ Eliiiii, I'm bored.” I whine, rolling on the cushioned nest Daddy has prepared for me. He was worried about my habit of rolling on the floor, thinking I would get my head hurt. So he built this nest for me with the softest cushions and fabric. 

The moment I saw it, I knew something was missing in it. He forgot the most important thing for my nest. How could he? 

He forgot his shirt. He knows it brings me the most comfort, but he forgot. So, as his punishment, I decided he would give me the shirt he was currently wearing. 

With a smug look, he unbuttoned his shirt and put it in the center, looking proud and happy.

Eli looks pretty busy today but still manages to tend to me. Looking up from his work, he asks me.

“ What do you want to do? Do you have any preference? I know there are not many options here, but still, I would like to know.” 

I think before I reply. “ What's Rey Rey doing today? I want to play a board game with him. He cheated last time.” 

“ Let's ask him together. Come here.” I move and sit on his thigh while he calls Rey.

“ Hey. Is everything alright?” Rey asks. 

Why do they all think there's something wrong each time Eli calls them?

“ Rey Rey! What are you doing? Are you free? Can you come and see me?” I ask him in one breath like if I don't get it out now, then there won't be another chance.

“ Umm… Right now?” He is hesitating, which means he is busy but doesn't want to say no.

“ Yeah. I'm done with my classes and now I'm bored.” I pout.

“ Okay…….Let me clear some things up then I will come.” He hangs up after that.

As promised, he comes after fifteen minutes, and we play board games. He tries to cheat, but this time, I'm already prepared. Eli has taught me some cheat moves that I definitely used surprising Rey. 

“ Where did you learn that, baby?”

“ I've got some awesome teachers, Rey Rey. They taught me.” 

“ Hmm. I wonder who they are.” He teases looking serious but failing when his mouth twitches.

He lunges for me, catching me off guard and scattering the game in the process. Once I'm in his hold, he throws me in the air and catches in his warm embrace, making me scream in horror and excitement.

“ Rey Rey, can I sit on your shoulders? Please?”

“ You want to sit on my shoulders?”

“ Yes.” I've always wanted to do this but never trusted anyone enough. He immediately clutches my waist and moves me on his shoulders. 

Woah. I can see everything from here.

“ Hold tight, baby. We are moving.” He takes me to every room to make the ride last longer. When we passed Eli, who was in the kitchen, unpacking Neri’s food, we steal some cookies from him, starting a new game of chase.

Daddy joins us later for dinner while Rey leaves so that no suspicions are raised. But he promised to spend more time tomorrow. 

“ What excuse did you make to escape the dinner with the family?” Eli asks while eating.

“ I didn't have to. Zed took the family out for dinner. When they asked me to join, I politely refused.”

“ And… How's Zed? Did he ask anything about her?”

“ He has been filled in by Rey, only the important parts of the deal. He understood and followed. Though I don't think he believes the story of vacation. He raised his suspicions once but never again.”

“ When can I come back, Daddy?” I chime in between.

“ Possibly before the end of this week. So I suggest you start packing your stuff.”

I jumped from my seat in excitement, throwing my body in his arms, kissing all over his face. “ I'm so happy, Daddy.” I wasn't expecting that answer. My mind was prepared for another round of excuses, but not this. I'm glad that we are leaving soon.

He kisses my head softly and continues his task of feeding me.

“ Are you sure that they're done?” Eli questions not fully trusting Daddy’s word.

“ Yes, I am. This has taken longer than necessary. I have given them the ultimatum. Either they transfer the technology or face more treachery charges.”

They continue to talk while I cuddle against Daddy’s chest and doze off. But I wake up when I hear a sudden beeping noise coming from Eli's tab. 

“ Sh*t. She is here again.” He checks the security of the floor on his device, ensuring everything is intact. “Go to sleep, princess. I'll handle this.”

“ What are you going to do, Eli?” 

“ I've to inform Alerix and Rey first.” He gets up and covers me with the blanket. “ I will be back. Shout my name if you need me. Okay?”

“ Okay.” With that, he leaves, giving a quick peck on my forehead while I doze off again.
