As Megan played in her room Kara and Lena began cooking dinner together. "So Megan asks a lot of questions huh..." Lena said. "It's part of being a toddler Lena. If you really want us to be together you'll have to get used to it. However consider this your out, if you don't think you can handle all this, then you can go." Kara said. Lena just watched her as she put the crabs into the pot of boiling water. "How do you manage it?" Lena asked. "Manage it? As in being a mom, running a business, and traveling to take photographs? I had no other choice Lena. Megan's dad didn't hang around after I told him I was pregnant, and the one person I thought would stay even after I told her my secret would but she gave me hell and kicked me out of her life. After I left your office I went to Cat Co and quit, then I went to see Alex and Kelly and had them get Sam and Ruby there so I could tell them where I was going. I only stayed in National City long enough for Eliza to come down so I could tell my family that I was leaving." Kara stated.

"Kar...I'm sorry...I never knew..." Lena began. "Exactly! You never knew because you banned me from your life! If you had let me explain everything you would have known! You could have been apart of our little life. But instead you shoved me away like you do with everyone else when you feel like you're being betrayed! And now you come here and begging me to be with you...so here you are...if you want to know what it's like being a mom to a two year old then take a day and spend the whole day with Megan. You can start now by going to her room and playing with her while I cook supper." Kara exclaimed.

Lena remained silent for a moment before speaking. "Kara..." Lena said. "Yes Lena?" Kara asked. "Do you want this with me?" Kara asked. Kara turned away from the pot and looked at her. "Yes I do. But like I told you it's not just me. It's me and Megan now. You know me Lena, it's time you get to know my daughter." Kara replied. "Ok...thank you from giving me a second chance." Lena said. "I'd give you a million chances... now go, she likes to play dolls, and she likes when you make the voices for them too." Kara adds. "Noted. I'll be in her room then." Lena said as she went to turn away, however she was quickly stopped by Kara's hand wrapping around her arm pulling her back.

Kara placed a kiss on Lena's cheek before letting go, leaving Lena shocked as she walked towards Megan's room. Megan was sitting on the floor when Lena walked in. She had her dolls sat out and she was jabbering to them. "Hey Megan! Is ok if I come play with you and your dolls?" Lena cooed. "EEENA!" Megan squealed as she got up and ran over to her. Lena quickly picked her up and smiled. "Hi sweetie! Want me to play with you?" Lena asked. "Yesh pesse!" Megan replied with a smile. "Ok what would you like to play?" Lena asked as they walked over to the dolls. "Coror?" Megan asked. "Of course we can color! Where are your markers?" Lena asked.

Megan pointed to her closet and they walked over to it pulling out paper and a bucket of markers. "Ok! But first let's pick up the dolls ok." Lena said. Megan nodded as she began putting her dolls away in the toy box. That's when it hit her Kara had become an amazing mother. She could see it all now so much clearly. Kara did all of this on her own. She doesn't need someone in her life, no, but she want's someone in her life. She needs a partner, a second parent for Megan. Lena knows what she has to do now. She has to show Kara that she can be everything and more to both of them. "Eena we coror now?" Megan asked. "Of course sweetheart! Let's take this out to the living room and color on the coffee table." Lena suggested.

Megan motioned for Lena to pick her up again, which she did. She grabbed the bucket and papers and headed to the living room. Kara had her back turned to the living room as she fixed up a large salad to go with everything else she was making, however she heard them enter the room and sit down on the floor together. "What are we gonna make?" Lena asked. "Hosey! Hosey!" Megan squealed. "You want a horse?" Lena asked. Megan nodded quickly. "Ok...let's draw one shall we?" Lena asked.

Megan grabbed a brown marker and began drawing a large horse on the paper. Smiling Lena picked out another marker and began doing her best to make a horse too. 'Shit I'm horrible at drawing.' Lena groaned to herself. A few minutes later Kara turned around to see them drawing stuff together. The sight made her heart smile. 'Maybe Lena would be able to fit into our little family.' She thought to herself as she continued cooking.

Two hours and many horse pictures later Lena and Megan finish coloring and are cleaning their hands for dinner. However little does Lena know but Megan made a secret picture. And shes now running from the bathroom holding on to the folded paper to give it to her mommy. "Mommy! Ook! I madee it!" Megan said handing Kara the paper. Kara smiled as she took the paper from her daughter's hands. "Did you have fun with Lena?" Kara asked as she opened the paper. "Yesh!" Megan replied.

Kara looked at the paper to see three people on it. One tall one with  blonde hair and blue eyes, one small one with the same hair and eyes and another tall one with black hair and green eyes. Under the people it read 'mommmmmy' 'meeee' and 'eeena'.
All of their hands were together in the picture and a smile appeared on Kara's face. "I'm gonna put this on the fridge ok sweetie. Go get ready to go in your chair." Kara said as she grabbed a magnet sticking the picture on the fridge.

As she put Megan in the high chair Lena came out and started grabbing plates and things. "Hey!" Kara said with a smile. "Hey! Oooh thats a lovely picture!" Lena gushed as she looked at the fridge. "It is. She drew all of us." Kara said. "She told me she likes horses." Lena said. "She does. She loves them. In Spain we went for a ride on the beaches." Kara replied. "Well maybe one day she can have her own pony." Lena said. "No! You're not buying her a pony!" Kara said. "Oh come on Kar! She needs a horse! And besides I may have a place all set up for it...already..." Lena said.
