"That's a lot of updates." Sam said. "Well I can't wait till the pool is in." Kelly said with a smile. "So...there's a lot of rooms here..do you two plan on having more kids?" Alex asked. "We've been discussing it." Lena replied as she stood up letting Kara go check the food. "Oh..thats good! I'm sure Megan would love to have siblings." Kelly said. "Yea. But I want to wait til Megan's out of diapers before we start tying." Kara said as she rotated the food about on the grill. "That's a good idea." Alex added. "Anyone want something more to drink?" Sam asked as she stood up. Everyone looked at each other before shaking their heads. "I think we're all good here Sam." Lena said.
"So besides grilled, chicken and kabobs what else are we having? Kelly asked. "Mom's making a few salads in the kitchen, and she's got some strawberry made for dessert." Kara added as she sat back down this time beside Lena just as Sam came out. Seeing that all the chairs were full Lena got up and sat back on Kara's lap. "Eliza said the salads are all done.." Sam said. "That's good, the foods almost done too." Kara replied. "So where are we gonna eat?" Kelly asked. "Well we thought we'd let everyone decide. If you want to sit inside you can, and if you want to sit out here you can too. Eliza's gonna sit inside with the kids though, so they don't get too much sun." Lena said.
"Speaking of eating...would you mind taking Megan upstairs to use the potty?" Kara asked. "I can do it...you two stay there. Auntie Alex has this." Alex said as she got up and walked off the deck. "Aunie!" Megan squealed when she saw Alex approaching them. "Hey munchkin! Dinners almost ready...so let's go try to potty ok. Esme, Ruby, you should probably go wash up too ok." Alex said. "Ok momma!" Esme said. "Ok Aunt Alex." Ruby replied. "Come on munchkin! Let's go potty and we'll put a new sticker in your book." Alex said a she carried Megan back up the stairs to the deck and inside.
A few minutes later Kara was pulling the food off the grill and putting it onto two trays. "Ok! Let's go eat!" Kara said. "Here I'll get one Kar." Lena said as she took one tray from the blonde and walked back inside the house. "Mommy!" Megan squealed as Alex put her into the high chair. "Yes baby?" Kara asked. "I hungy!" Megan said as she patted her stomach. "Give me one minute and I'll fix you up a plate ok bug." Kara said. "I'll get it Kara." Kelly said as she grabbed Megan's dinosaur plate and sippy cup. "Thanks Kelly." Kara replied.
Once everyone got a plate full of food the adults minus Eliza returned outside and sat down in the chairs and began eating their food.
