After lunch everyone decided that it was a good idea to take a group photo. Outside the restaurant they grouped together and let the waitress take a few pictures of them. "So..who's coming to dinner tonight?" Lena asked. "I think everyone here is. What time is it?" Sam asked. "Six." Lena replied. "Ok! We'll be there!" Everyone chorused. "Great!" Kara replied with a smile as she picked up Megan. "Come on sweetheart! Let's go home get you a nap so you won't be grumpy later." Kara cooed. "O tay mommy..." Megan yawned. "We'll see you later!" Eliza said as everyone headed to their cars.
Once they were home Kara cleaned up Megan and laid her down for a mid afternoon nap before returning downstairs. "So breakfast and gifts, then lunch and more gifts, and what will dinner come with?" Kara asked. "Can't say...just know that you'll love it." Lena said. "Oh I know I will, because I've loved everything you've done so far." Kara hummed as she walked over to Lena and wrapped her arms around her waist and placed as kiss on her lips.
"Let's relax...before our little minion gets back up." Lena whispered as she began pulling Kara towards the sofa. Kara sat down first and pulled Lena into her lap. "This has been one of the best earth birthdays I've had." Kara whispered. "I'm glad." Lena replied. "Tv show? Or movie?" Kara asked. "Show...one that's not a cartoon." Lena said. "Of course." Kara replied as she clicked on an episode of 'Grey's Anatomy' and cuddled together watching it.Twenty minutes into the show Megan came scooting down the stairs. "So much for that.." Lena whispered as she turned the tv to a cartoon. "Momma! Mommy!" Megan exclaimed. "Hey bug! Did you have a good sleep?" Kara asked. "Yesh!" Megan replied with a smile. "Good now you won't be grumpy later." Lena added.
Megan was content with her show which gave Lena and Kara more time to start dinner. "Everyone is on their way..." Lena said. "Do you wanna take Megan upstairs to use the potty before everyone arrives?" Kara asked. "Yea. Megan, let's go use the potty bug!" Lena said as she walked into the living room. Kara turned back to the crabs that were steaming, Lena had arranged for fresh seafood to be shipped from Greece just for this occasion.
A few minutes later everyone was walking into the house. "Smells good in here!" Alex exclaimed as she walked into the kitchen. "Thanks! Lee, ordered fresh seafood from Greece." Kara replied. "Speaking of Lee, where is she?" Kelly asked. "Upstairs with Megan." Kara replied. "Cooking on your birthday?" Sam asked. "Lee can't cook...so yea, I am. It's ok though, I don't mind." Kara replied. "Sweetheart do you have room in your fridge?" Eliza asked. "Yes mom, there should be room." Kara replied.
A little bit later everyone was gathering around the table while Kara put the crabs in the center on top of the newspapers. "Dig in everyone! Megan, I'll help you in a minute ok." Kara instructed. "Sit Kara, I'll get her set up." Alex said as she stood up and began filling Megan's plate up, giving her some of her already cracked crab. "Really good!" Kelly said with a smile. "Yea! Awesome job Aunt Kara!" Ruby exclaimed. "Hey! How do you know I didn't cook?" Lean asked. "Cause you can't cook Aunt Lena!" Ruby replied. Everyone burst out laughing at Ruby's response.
After everyone had their fill of the crab boil everyone stood up and helped clean the table leaving Kara seated. "Ok! Who's ready for cake?" Eliza asked as she brought out a cake that was decorated to look like the universe! Everyone began singing 'happy birthday' and Kara couldn't help but smile. 'This is definitely the best Earth birthday ever!' She told herself.
