"ARE YOU SURE ABOUT THIS, BELLAMY?"
Hazel asked, looking towards him as she followed him back towards his quarters. She remained with doubts when Bellamy came to her with his plan for that night, for the Unity Day Masquerade. The plan came with risks, extreme ones if they were caught.

"She can't stay locked up in that room forever, Haze." Bellamy pointed out, a tortured look as he thought about the life his little sister was forced to live. It wasn't a life at all. "She deserves to have one night where she can be a real kid. To hang out with her friends, well friend. Besides, we can pull this off. It'll be fine."

Hazel slowly nodded, knowing he was right. In her last few visits with Octavia, she had noticed how down she had been. It was like the happiest inside her was fading away, the misery filling as she continued in her prison of the Blake's living quarters. She was going crazy in there, locked inside the same place day after day for the entirety of her life.

"Okay," she said. "Let's do this."

Waverly was barely asleep before Bellamy's shouting woke her back up. She twisted out of her bed, crawling to the entrance to her tent as she poked her head out. Her eyes drifted upwards towards the sky, seeing it was dark and filled with stars, hours since the rockets had been launched. There was still no telling if it worked, or if three hundred lives were saved.

Bellamy rushed over at the sight of her. "You're still up? Is anyone else..."

"No." Waverly shook her head. "Harper and Miller are sleeping. I heard you out here. What's going on?"

"Have you seen Octavia?" Bellamy asked.

"No." Waverly drew out a breath. From the look of him, he was worried out of his mind for his sister. It was one of the only things she actually knew about him. Bellamy cared for his sister more than anything else. "Bellamy, it's Octavia. Are you sure she didn't go to the butterfly field or something?"

"I've checked camp and that field." Bellamy shook his head. "Waverly, she's not here."

"Okay, then let's find her." Waverly said, standing up. "I'll help you."

Bellamy softened, smiling at her. "Thank you."

"Don't bother." She shook her head. "It's not like I'm doing this for you."

At least, she didn't think she was.

Hazel didn't know what felt better. Being down on the ground, enjoying the wonders of Earth, or the feeling of her boyfriend's lips on her skin. She pushed up, her lips pressed feverishly against his, holding him tightly against her body. She gasped out as Sam's mouth moved to her neck.
