TW! Near death experience I think, I don't really know, but it could've happened!

Grian sat by the edge of the river, the gentle lapping of the water against the shore soothing his frayed nerves. It had been a hectic week in Hermitcraft, with projects and collaborations pulling him in every direction. Now, finally, he had a moment to himself, just him and his fishing rod, Rodney.
The afternoon sun painted the sky in shades of orange and pink as it began its descent. Grian's eyelids grew heavy as he cast his line lazily into the water. The rhythmic motion of casting and reeling in, coupled with the tranquil surroundings, lulled him into a state of drowsiness.
Unbeknownst to Grian, Gem had been watching from a distance, curious about what he was up to. She noticed him slumping slightly, his breathing deepening as he leaned back against a rock.
Concern etched her features as she sensed something wasn't right. Just as Grian's grip on the rod slackened, he lost his balance and tumbled into the river with a soft splash.
Reacting swiftly, Gem didn't hesitate. With a powerful leap, she dove into the water, swiftly reaching Grian's unconscious form. His limp body drifted gently in the current, and with careful strength, Gem cradled him and swam towards the shore.
By the time Gem laid him down gently on the riverbank, Xisuma had arrived, alerted by Gem's urgent call. Xisuma knelt beside Grian, checking his pulse and breathing. "He's just passed out," Xisuma murmured, his brow furrowed with concern. "I'll call Stress."
Stress arrived moments later, her healer's instincts kicking in immediately. She assessed Grian's condition, ensuring he was stable. Slowly, Grian began to stir, disoriented and confused. His eyes fluttered open to see Xisuma and Stress hovering over him, their faces a mix of relief and worry.
"What happened?" Grian asked groggily, trying to sit up abruptly.
"Easy there," Xisuma cautioned, gently guiding him back down. "You passed out while fishing. Gem here saved you from the water."
Gem stood nearby, her expression softening with concern. "You scared us for a moment there, Grian."
Grian blinked, the pieces slowly falling into place. "I... fell in?"
"You did," Xisuma confirmed. "You've been pushing yourself too hard lately. Until you've caught up on sleep, no more fishing, alright?"
Grian sighed, realizing how close he had come to something much worse. "Okay, okay," he relented, offering a sheepish grin. "Thanks, guys. I guess I needed that reminder."
Gem smiled warmly, relieved to see him recovering. "Rest up, Grian. We've got your back."
As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a golden glow over the river, Grian settled back, allowing himself to relax. Surrounded by friends who cared, he closed his eyes, feeling the warmth of their support wash over him.
