Amerie was lying in bed, her social battery was at zero and her energy levels were slowly dying.

Sighing she decided to get up and do something, rotting in bed would do nothing for her.

She couldn't even be bothered to unbraid her hair, which was frizzy and messed up from tossing and turning throughout the night.

Amerie leaving her bedroom she could smell food cooking, she padded herself downstairs, her fluffy socks making a slight squeak noise on the recently polished wooden floors.

"Hi Amerie" Travis greeted, both him and Taylor were making breakfast.

Taylor immediately turned around and smiled at Amerie.

"I'm making omelettes, do you want a cheese one?" Taylor asked.

Amerie just nodded her head and sat down at the breakfast table.

"One cheese omelette for Miss Amerie" Travis announced sliding the Omelette to Amerie.

Amerie smiled politely and began to eat quietly.

Taylor and Travis soon joining Amerie with their breakfast.

Taylor placed her hand on Amerie's leg which was bouncing causing the table to shake.

"Ams let's try calm down, deep breaths for me" Taylor soothed.

Amerie couldn't calm herself down, she didn't understand what was going on. She couldn't speak, she was shaking, her body felt numb, her feelings felt empty and painful.

"Hey shh, Ri-Ri you need to calm down. You're going to make yourself sick" Taylor said trying to sooth Amerie.

"Should I get her some water, or a fidget toy?" Travis asked.

"Please, those would be great help" Taylor said still attempting to calm Amerie down.

Travis filling a cup with water then passed it to Amerie, he walked to find a fidget toy that was lying around.

"Not talking today?" Taylor asked, Amerie nodded through her sobs.

"Something bad happen?" Taylor asked to which Amerie shrugged.

"Do you think you could write it down?" Taylor asked, but Amerie shook her head to say no.

Travis walks back handing Amerie a tangle.

"Thank you for that Travis" Taylor smiled.

"No worries anything for my little Amerie" Travis said placing his hand on Amerie's shoulder.

Amerie smiled at Travis to show her gratitude towards him.

"Try eat as much as you can sweetheart" Taylor said giving Amerie some reassurance even though she knew Amerie wasn't feeling her best.

Amerie nodded and finished up her omelette, heading over to the sink to wash up.

"I'll do the dishes Amerie you go rest" Travis said taking the plate from Amerie.

Amerie sighed then looked at her Mom for permission, Taylor nodded.

Amerie left making her way to her bedroom, but she still didn't want to rot in her bedroom all day.
