Kelly and Stella : Coming Back Together Again

Reconnection

Kelly and Stella were both overall very happy with how their conversation last night went and were curious to see how this next challenge their therapist gave them was going to go. They got the kids to bed early because the kids were worn out from their day at the park and pool. "What are you going to do for the next 30 minutes" Kelly asks Stella. "I think I'm going to read in bed to be honest. What about you" she tells him. "I am going to work on a crossword puzzle real quick and go outside and sit on the porch for a few minutes to listen to the crickets and frogs" Kelly tells her. "That sounds good. Just text me when you're done once the 30 minutes is done" Stella tells him. "Will do" Kelly tells her as they head off in different directions.

He finished his crossword puzzle in about 20 minutes. He headed out to the porch after checking on the kids to make sure they were still asleep and didn't need anything. Stella was laying in their bed reading a couple chapters of the book "Once You're Mine" by Morgan Bridges. Kelly sat outside for about 25 minutes before asking Stella if she was ready for him to come in and rejoin him in the living room. She asked him to give her 5 minutes to finish the chapter she was currently reading. He texted back that it was fine and headed into the living room to wait on her. Once she came out of their bedroom she came and joined him on the couch. "So what do you want to do tonight" Stella asks him. "Well I think you know what I want" Kelly says with a smirk. "Kelly not yet. Later if that's happening tonight. A man will be a man" Stella said with a slight chuckle. "I know I'm just picking to a level. It doesn't matter to me. Whatever you pick will be fine" Kelly told her. "Wanna play uno or phase 10" Stella says. "Uno" He tells her. He went to get the cards to play while she went to get them both bottles of water. Once he got back and had the cards dealt they began playing. "You better not beat me" Stella jokingly says. "Play good and you won't have to worry about that" Kelly tells her. "I see how it is" she tells him. They played 3 rounds with Kelly winning 2 and Stella winning 1. "I see you've not gotten any better in the last few years" Kelly tells her with a chuckle. "Not practiced honestly so no. Have you practiced" Stella replies. "No. I've only played it once since then and that was last year with Brandon" Kelly responded. "Anything else you want to do before bed or is that all for tonight" Stella asks Kelly. "Why don't we go get ready for bed and check on the kids then go sit on the porch for a few minutes. It's peaceful out there tonight" Kelly tells her. "That sounds perfect. Can I bring my book or do you want it to be just us hanging out" Stella tells him. "Up to you" Kelly says. They got ready for bed and Kelly went to check on the kiddos again before heading out. "It's a rare night that ain't to hot or cold at this time" Stella said as she sat on the swing. "I agree. It's perfect " Kelly said when he sat down and wrapped his arm around Stella. "Are you ready to go back to work tomorrow" He asks her. " Yes and no. No because I hate leaving the kids. Yes because I love firefighting and the impact we can have on people" Stella tells Kelly. "What about you " she asks. "I love my job a lot but I also love being at home with the kiddos and you so it's kinda a conflicted feeling but I'm overall ready" he tells her. "Same here. Did you have fun today" Stella asks him. "Yes especially at the pool. What about you" he says. "Yes and the highlight was the pool especially with the heat today" Stella replies and Kelly agrees. They sat out on the swing for about 45 minutes more while Stella read her book and Kelly checked his Facebook. "Did you see Capps new status on Facebook" Kelly asks Stella. "No why" she asks. "It says he's in a relationship now" Kelly tells her. "Are we sure this person really exists and he's not just trying to get people talking" Stella says laughing. "I don't know honestly " Kelly tells her. "This is Capp we're talking about " Stella tells him earning a chuckle from Kelly " very true" he says. "This weekend I'm thinking about staying the weekend at my place" Stella tells him. "Why" he asks. "Because it's not like we've officially moved in together and I have to still pay rent there. My lease is up next month though" Stella tells him. "I like it when you stay here though but understand. Are you going to renew your lease or what" Kelly responds. "No one told you that you can't stay with me. As for the lease I don't know yet. Just see what the next month holds and then I'll decide" Stella tells him. "I think I may take you up on your offer about staying with you. I've gotten used to you being around pretty much 24/7 this last month almost 2 now. I don't know if I could sleep without you at this point" Kelly tells her. "Has anyone ever told you you're clingy" Stella tells him with a laugh. "Not until now" Kelly says with a laugh in response. "I'm about to go to bed" Stella says getting up and heading in. "Me too. I'm tired" Kelly said

As they got in the bedroom and got to the bed Kelly went to climb in as he looked over and saw Stella completely undressing "could you be anymore obvious" Kelly says with a smirk. "What" Stella asks. "You know exactly what. You never sleep naked in case the kids climb in bed and only get naked in bed for sex" Kelly tells her. "You got me there dammit. I need to become less predictable don't I " she says. "No keep it up by all means" Kelly says. "Let me go shut the door real quick" Kelly tells her climbing out of bed before going to shut their bedroom door and undressing as he comes back to their bed. Once they were in bed he quickly jumped on top of her and began to make out with her as her hands rubbed down his abdomen and his hands were roaming all around her breast area. "Kelly I think one of the kids are heading through the kitchen" Stella says pulling him off of her hearing a noise come from the kitchen as Stella quickly threw on Kellys shirt and he put his shorts on and headed out to the kitchen to find Ella standing there. "What's wrong" Kelly asks her. "I want milk" Ella tells him as he fixes her a cup of milk and putting her back to bed. He then headed back to his room and picked up right where he left off with Stella. About midway through sex they started hearing Ella scream from her room. "What in the absolute fuck" Kelly says pissed off. "Let me get dressed real quick and go see" Stella tells him as he gets off of her and she gets dressed and goes to check on Ella. Kelly got dressed while she went to do that. "What's wrong sweetie" Stella asks opening Ellas bedroom door with her still screaming. "I'm scared. I had a bad dream" Ella says still sobbing as Stella sat down beside her and wrapped her up next to her giving her a hug. "It's okay there's nothing to worry about I promise" Stella tells her giving her a kiss on the head. "Do you want to come sleep with momma and daddy" Stella asks Ella. "Yes. I'm scared" Ella says still crying a little bit still much calmer than when Stella first walked in but also still very scared. "Okay that's fine let's go. Daddy is not going to be happy with me over this but he'll get over it" Stella tells her as she picks Ella up and takes her to their bedroom putting her in the bed between her and Kelly. "What's wrong now" Kelly asks Stella and Stella could tell he was pissed off just by his tone. "She had a nightmare and it's gotten her all  shaken up so I told her she could come sleep with us"  Stella tells him. "Okay" Kelly tells her turning over and wrapping Ella up in his arms as she slowly stops crying. "It's fine. There's nothing to be scared of especially when momma and daddy have something to do with it" Kelly tells Ella as he wraps her tighter into his embrace. "I love you daddy" Ella tells her as she tries to wrap her arms around Kelly. "I love you too princess" Kelly tells her. After about 15 minutes of Kelly and Ella laying there talking Ella finally fell asleep laying up against Kelly. "I'm shocked she fell asleep against me and not you" Kelly tells Stella. "Same especially with how much of a mommas girl she is" Stella says. "Yep. I wonder why she had a nightmare" Kelly says. "I don't know but it shook the fuck out of her. I feel really bad for her" Stella told him. "Yeah" he says. "Don't worry about tonight. We'll make up for it this weekend" Stella tells Kelly. "You better especially after we got cock blocked twice" Kelly tells her with a smirk. "Well technically once because we were in the middle of it the second time but I get what you're saying" Stella tells him. "I love you. Good night I'm going to sleep" Kelly tells Stella as she tells him the same and they lean up giving one another a kiss before dozing off.
