Kelly and Stella : Coming Back Together Again

First day of school

Once everyone was up and moving they headed onto the school. "Are y'all ready for school" Stella asks the kids. "Yes. I'm so excited to go and see all of my friends" Brandon tells her. "I bet because we've only gotten to see them a couple times this summer" Stella tells him. "Yeah. I'm really excited to hear about Elijahs summer too because he was saying that they were planning on taking a couple vacations to the beach and mountains" Brandon tells her. "Oh wow how cool. You've even had a plenty eventful summer to tell him about too" Stella tells him. "Yeah" Brandon tells her. "What about you Ella" Stella asks. "I'm overall pretty excited but I am a little scared because I only know Brandon at the school" Ella says. "Ella trust me it will take you no time to make friends and by week two you'll probably know the whole school of people. It won't take you long to warm up. There's nothing to be scared of trust me. I was scared coming into preschool too for the same reason you are and I got through it very quickly because of how everyone here treated me" Brandon tells Ella. "How did you make friends so quick though" Ella asks him. "I was just being myself and naturally obviously people just started liking me" Brandon says. "That last thing sounds like something your dad would say" Stella adds with a laugh. "Can not deny" Kelly says laughing. "But what if someone doesn't like me" Ella asks Brandon. "No one is everyones cup of tea and that's okay as long as you don't change who you are to be liked. You'll be fine because you're kind most of the time and honest. That's draws people into you" Brandon tells her. "I hope so" Ella says. "I know it will" Brandon adds as they pull up to the school

Once they got out of the car Kelly and Stella walked Brandon to his class first "Don't forget you have a jacket in there too unless it gets cold in class and please don't lose another one" Kelly tells him. "I won't" Brandon tells him. "Is this the correct wing his class is on Stella" Kelly asks Stella. "Yes the B wing for him and the A wing for Ella" Stella says. "Don't let us get any phone calls either about you misbehaving. You've been good all summer so don't go to starting shit now. If a problem rises go to one of the teachers or other staff members but you are not to handle it in any other way. If you see someone getting bullied you can say something to the kid before going to a teacher but your hands better not leave your side" Kelly told Brandon. "I understand that" Brandon tells him. "Good because you failed at the game" Kelly says. "Hey I was defending Ella. I had a good reason" Brandon tells him. "That time although it still could have been handled a lot better" Kelly tells him. "I think this is your classroom you'll be in this year and over there is the little cubbie for your back pack and stuff to be put in it" Stella says. "It is" Brandon tells her. "Alright well have a good day. Do good today and we will see you this afternoon" Stella said giving Brandon a hug. "I love you" Stella tells him before he says it back. "You got it bud. You'll absolutely rock today and this whole school year. See you this afternoon and I love you" Kelly tells him giving him a hug and fist bump. "I love you too" Brandon tells him back. "You'll be just fine Ella don't worry. I'll either see you when it's time to be picked up or the lunch room. Love you" Brandon tells Ella before giving her a hug. "Love you too and thank you" Ella tells him

"Are you ready to now go to your class" Stella asks Ella. "I think so" Ella tells them. "You'll do great there is no doubt in my mind" Kelly tells her. "Will y'all be the ones picking us up today" Ella asks. "Yep. Grandma is going to get y'all the next 2 days though because we'll be at work" Kelly tells her. "Oh ok" Ella tells them. "Does my teacher know me" Ella asks. "Not really but it won't be long and she will. She's the one we met at the back to school bash last week" Stella tells her. "So does preschool and 2nd grade have different teachers" Ella asks. "Very different. Each grade level has their own teachers" Kelly tells her. "Oh so I'll get new ones every year" Ella asks. "Yep" Kelly says as they get to her class room. "Here it is. Let's go put your stuff in your cubbie and go say hi to the teacher" Stella says. "At the end of every day make sure you grab your lunch box and back pack out of here" Kelly tells her. "I won't" Ella says. "Alright let's go to your teacher and then me and mommy are going to go" Kelly tells her. "Why can't mommy stay" Ella asks. "I'm not your teacher and parents can't stay or trust me I'd spend all my off days with y'all up here" Stella tells her. "Oh" Ella tells her before they walk over to her teacher. "Can you please check her little cubbie before she goes and makes sure she has everything because sometimes she gets to having fun and forgets" Stella says. "Of course it's just their age. I have a daughter named Adelyn and she's her age and does it all the time too" the teacher told them. "Good to know it isn't just ours" Stella says. "Definitely not. You'd be amazed at just how many do it" the teacher told them. "Alright Ella we're about to go. We'll be back to get you at 1. I love you and you'll be just fine I promise " Stella tells her giving her a hug. "I love you too" Ella tells her. "I love you and will see you after while. You'll be fine and I'm sure you'll have lots of friends before you know it" Kelly tells her giving her a hug. "I love you too and thank you" Ella tells him before walking off and finding her way around the class room as Stella and Kelly leave the class room and head to leave
