Kelly and Stella : Coming Back Together Again

Kelly had gotten with Jennifer and figured out the weekend that would be good to take Stella to lake Tahoe. They figured it would also be best if it was before school started back so with one weekend left before school starts back they are taking advantage. They dropped off the kids to Jennifer this morning before flying to lake Tahoe. "Oh my God it's so beautiful here" Stella tells Kelly once at the cabin they will be staying at. "I agree. I remember what you said about the mountains but also know how much you love the water so why not find somewhere that has both" Kelly tells her. "I love it. Thank you for actually listening" Stella says. "Always" Kelly tells her. "I'm going to go get my shower after the flight and then do you want to get in the hot tub out there" Stella said. "Let me get my shower first too before we get in and then sounds good" Kelly tells her. "Sounds good" Stella tells him. Once they both got their showers they got changed and headed to the hot tub. "It's so relaxing" Kelly tells her. "I agree. So peaceful especially with the sound of the lake. You did great picking out the location I must say" Stella tells him. "I'm glad you love it" Kelly tells her. "So what do you want to do tomorrow" Kelly asks her. "I was thinking maybe we could go downtown and do a little shopping for the kids to get them a few things from here, we can go kayaking if you want, and we can just relax here if that's okay" Stella tells him. "Sounds perfect. We definitely have to get the kids something from here" Kelly tells her. "Yep" Stella tells him. "Do you want to go out tonight for dinner" Stella asks. "Yes but if you don't want to I'll just go to get something for us and then come back" Kelly tells her. "No I will go with you. I just wanted to make sure you were up to going out tonight after our day filled with travel" Stella tells him. "Oh yeah I'm not to tired yet at all" Kelly tells her. " I think Chicago time the kids are about to go to bed so I'm going to get out and call them real quick and then going to get changed so we can go if you're ready for dinner" Kelly tells her. "I can be. I want to talk to the kids to real quick and check in so give me just a second to get out too" Stella tells him. "I'm sure they'll love to hear from you too" Kelly tells her

Once they were out and changed they called the kids to tell them good night. "Are y'all getting ready for bed with grandma" Kelly asks the kids. "Yes" Brandon tells him. "What all have y'all gotten to do today" Stella asks them. " We went to the water park and have played here" Ella tells her. "Oh my goodness that sounds like so much fun" Kelly says. " It definitely was" Brandon says. "Yep grandma even played in the water with us" Ella tells him. "Oh wow that's awesome" Kelly tells them. "Do y'all have anything fun planned tomorrow" Stella asks them. "I'm not sure yet" Brandon tells him. "Oh ok. Well I'll let y'all go and get to bed. I love you and will call y'all tomorrow" Kelly tells them. "I love you too and goodnight. Y'all be good for Grandma again tomorrow and talk tomorrow" Stella tells them. "I love y'all too" Brandon tells them. "Love y'all too" Ella tells them before they hung up. "Are you ready to go now" Kelly asks Stella. "Yep ready when you are" she tells him before they head out to dinner

Once they were at the restaurant and seated Stellas phone rang and it was Violet. "Hey how is y'all's trip starting out" Violet asked Stella. "It's going good so far. We are about to have dinner at the moment " Stella tells her. "Oh ok then call me back later then don't let me interrupt dinner" Violet tells her before hanging up. "Apparently she's just calling to talk or she wouldn't have done that" Stella tells Kelly. "Yeah. I have a question just to really check in. Are you still just as happy now with us a couple as you were when we first got back together" Kelly asks her. "Yeah why". "I just wanted to make sure because if you weren't then we needed to change something". "Yeah. Are you still" Stella asks. " Yep happier and healthier than ever all thanks to you and our kiddos". "Good" Stella says. "So what do you want to do tomorrow" Kelly asks. "I figured we could go see downtown and go swimming in the lake, get in the hot tub, and hike Mountain Tallac" Stella says. "That sounds fun. I definitely agree with that plan but also why don't we go to some diner downtown in the morning and do a little shopping" Kelly says. " That would be perfect and a great opportunity to get the kids something" Stella tells him. "I agree" Kelly says
