Kelly and Stella : Coming Back Together Again

Hunting Trip

Things are still going pretty smooth with Stellas pregnancy they've just been busy lately working to get everything in order. Since girls weekend Jennifer and Stella have continued to have their moments but both are still making sure to stay cordial for the kids. Richard and Jennifer are still going strong and Richard officially moved down last week. Brandons football team went all the way to the championship game before taking a loss. Ella did great in soccer but her team didn't make the playoffs nor did Brandon in basketball. Stella and Kelly are still going strong and still talking about marriage after the baby gets here. Violet and Gallo are still doing great too and enjoying their relationship as they prepare for an engagement. Stella is now 37 weeks pregnant and beyond ready to have the baby here. They had their baby shower last week that Cruz and Chloe hosted for them

Kelly, Richard, and Brandon were finally taking their boys weekend up to the cabin to hunt. Brandon was excited as Kelly has never taken him to actually hunt before now. "Alright are you ready to head out. We're going to have to be really quiet in the leaves walking" Kelly asked Brandon. "I think I am. Prepared as I will be for sure" Brandon tells him. "It's normal to be a little nervous the first few times but it's okay" Kelly tells him. "Where are y'all heading this afternoon" Richard asked. "Up and over that hill over there" Kelly said pointing towards a patch of woods . "Alright I think I'm going to go down the road up there and go towards the 2nd pond back there" Richard tells him. "That's a good spot most of the time. I got a big 10 pointer there one year and another missed a 12 point there. In that tree stand there you can see quite a bit all ways" Kelly tells him. "I bet. From what I could see from the ground I can imagine it being a great spot" Richard said. "I'm going to see how we do today and in the morning but I'm thinking about taking my boat across that pond and heading off deep into the woods over there tomorrow afternoon" Kelly tells him. "That might not be a bad idea because isn't that piece of woods pretty quiet in being used for anything" Richard said. "Yes. Only time we ever use it is to pull the boat through occasionally " Kelly tells him. "I'm ready to go" Brandon said. "Alright then let me get the gun and extra ammo then we'll get to walking" Kelly tells him before they all headed out and to their stands. He brought a 2 seating chair blind for him and Brandon to use so they wouldn't have to climb. "What time are we planning on leaving this afternoon" Brandon asked him. "About 4:45 we'll start packing the blind and walking back if we don't get anything before then" Kelly tells him. "If one comes out that we can get can I kill it" Brandon asked. "If you want to you can" Kelly tells him. "We've got to be really quiet especially once we get in the blind or we won't stand a chance" Kelly tells him as they get to where they are going to sit. "I brought your tablet too and some snacks. They are in my bag" Kelly tells him. "I might get on it later" Brandon tells him. "That's fine. Just keep volume down whenever you do" Kelly tells him. They spent most of the afternoon watching for deer before actually seeing some about 4 o'clock. They winded up seeing 5 small does today

They headed out and back up the cabin to get cleaned up after being in the woods for so long. Richard came up shortly after and joined them. "What did you see today" Kelly asked him. "3 does and one small buck. What about y'all" Richard replied. "We saw 5 small does" Kelly tells him. " Hopefully in the morning it is better for us. Did you have a good time though Brandon" Richard asked. "Yes it was really cool just sitting out there" Brandon told him. "You ready to get you one yet" Richard asked. "Yep whenever a big one comes out" Brandon told him. "Yep stay ready because when you least expect it one will come out" Richard tells him. "I'm going to make us some bologna sandwiches for dinner then go light a fire out at the fire pit" Kelly tells them. "Sounds like a perfect night to me" Richard same. "Can I call mom and Ella for a little while before bed" Brandon asked Kelly. "Yeah. My phone is right here" Kelly said handing Brandon his phone to call Ella and Stella to talk until they went out to the fire pit. "Dad what time are we getting up in the morning" Brandon asked Kelly. "4 so we can be headed out by 4:30. We've got to go to bed really early tonight" Kelly tells him. "That is really early. Can I go to sleep when we get into the blind" Brandon said. "Yep fine by me. I'll wake you up when I see something come out" Kelly said. They all sat around talking sports and hunting before Brandon went to bed then Richard and Kelly went back out around the fire for a little while longer. "How's everything going between you and my mom" Kelly asked him. "It's going pretty good still to be honest. How about you and your lady" Richard said. "Going stronger than ever thank God. Do you ever see yourself getting married to my mom" Kelly said. "That's great to hear and yes for sure. When are you and Stella getting married " Richard said. "I'm not sure when but once this baby gets here I'm going to propose. I think I already know pretty much how I'm going to do it" Kelly tells him. "Have the ring yet" Richard asks. "Oh yes I've had it" Kelly tells him. "Well I hope when it happens it's everything you both have ever wanted. Y'all are great together" Richard tells him. "Thank you. I'm going to try my best to have it be just that" Kelly tells him before they decided it was probably best to be heading on to bed and be preparing for getting up early tomorrow
