Kelly and Stella : Coming Back Together Again

Saturday and Sunday morning at Stellas

It had been a few days since Stella and Kelly have started implementing the advice of their therapist into their daily lives. Today they will be spending the day at home with the kids at Stellas. They had originally planned on going to the zoo but due to the fact of the rain they knew they would have to stay inside after all. "I can't believe I'm actually at your place for longer than 30 minutes " Kelly told Stella. "Feels nice though doesn't it" Stella says. "Thanks to you and the kids yes" Kelly tells her. About that time Brandon asked Kelly if he would play hide and seek with him to which Kelly told him he would. Ella wanted to play Barbies with Stella and she agreed so they were in the playroom playing with Barbies. Once they were done they wanted to play firefighters so Kelly and Stella joined them in playing that too. "When I grow up I want to be a firefighter" Brandon tells them. "Well I'm sure you'll be beyond amazing at anything you choose" Kelly told him. "It's a dangerous job but one you could certainly do if you choose" Stella told Brandon. They continued to play until lunch time. "I'm going to cook some grilled cheese and we can have some chips with it" Kelly says as the kids and Stella go in the living room to watch some cartoons and wait for the grilled cheese to get done

Once the food was done they joined back together at the kitchen table and ate. "This is really good dad" Brandon said. "I agree" Stella says. " Me too. It tastes so good" Ella says with cheese all over her mouth. "Thank y'all. I'm glad y'all love it" Kelly tells them. "Can we build a fort in the living room tonight to sleep in" Ella asks. "Up to your mom" Kelly says. "If you want to we can. I can make us popcorn and find a movie too if you want" Stella says. " It'll be so much fun" Ella said. Once they were done eating Kelly cleaned Ellas mouth up from the cheese and then cleaned the kitchen up while Stella joined the kids in the play room again. Kelly joined them in the playroom once he was done cleaning up. "Do y'all want to order dinner in tonight or go out to eat" Kelly asks. "Go out" Ella says. "Out to eat" Brandon said. "I agree I think we should go out" Stella says. "Okay sounds good" Kelly told them.

It was mid afternoon and they were all getting ready to head out for dinner. "Daddy can we go ahead and get the fort set up before we go so it'll be done when we get back" Ella asks Kelly. "Yes princess if that's what you want" Kelly tells Ella. "It is" Ella tells him. "Alright then let's do it real quick" he tells her. Once they got it set up they headed out the door. "Why don't we go to the aquarium and eat since we didn't get to eat there last time" Stella says. "That's perfect" Kelly said. "Absolutely. Does that mean we will see fish again" Ella says. "Yes princess" Kelly tells her. "It was definitely cool in the other part so I'm excited" Brandon said.

Once they got to the aquarium Stella and Kelly got the kids out before heading in "it's crazy how much has changed since we last came to this place" Kelly whispered to Stella. "You're not kidding. I wouldn't trade it for the world though" Stella whispers back to him. "Me either" he says as he gets the door for all of them to walk in. They place their orders and then go take a seat. Ella wanted to sit beside Kelly so she was sitting beside Kelly while Stella sat beside Brandon. The kids kept pointing at fish and at one point Stella took the kids over to the aquarium in the restaurant so they could see it up close. They got their food and ate before getting ready to leave. "I'm not ready to leave yet" Brandon said. "Well we have to but we can definitely come back another time if you want" Kelly tells him. "But I want to stay now" Brandon tells Kelly. "We have to go. Once we get home we've got to get our baths and shower before going to watch a movie and eat popcorn. That will be just as fun as this" Kelly tells him. "No it won't" Brandon says. "How do you know when it's not something we've ever done before" Kelly asks him. "I just do" Brandon said. "No you don't you're just guessing. Let's go " Kelly tells him. "No" Brandon shouts as he crosses his arms and gives Kelly a pouting look. "You can either walk out of here on your own two feet or I can carry you. Up to you but we're not staying. We'll come back another day and have just as much fun then maybe even more" Kelly tells him. "Fine I'll leave now but I hope you know I hate you" Brandon says. "That's fine" Kelly tells him. "Don't talk to your dad like that Brandon. Do it again and I'll pop you. You wouldn't want it said about you so don't say it about others especially your dad who has done absolutely nothing to you" Stella tells Brandon. "He's fine let him pout if that's the route he wants to take" Kelly tells her as they walk out of the restaurant and get into the car

Once they were back home and had gotten their showers and baths they all joined one another in the living room. Kelly was getting pop corn ready while Stella was fixing some hot cocoa for them to drink while watching the movie. "Hey can we sneak off later after the kids go to bed to your room" Kelly whispers in her ear as he wrapped his arms around her since the kids were cleaning up the playroom. "We can definitely try" Stella said to him. "Okay sounds good" Kelly said giving her a kiss

Once they had everything done the kids joined them in the living room in the fort and began watching "Alice in Wonderland". The kids enjoyed it and were starting to doze off as the movie ended. "If y'all want to hand me your bags and cups and I'll go wash them right quick" Kelly told them as they all handed them their stuff and headed to wash everything and put it up. He climbed back in the fort with the kids and cuddled them until they fell asleep. "Wanna go now" Kelly whispered about 30 minutes after the kids fell asleep. "Yeah that'll be good" Stella said climbing over Ella and Brandon to get out with Kelly. "Good thing my bedroom is a little further from the living room than yours or we wouldn't be able to do this" Stella told him whispering as they headed to her bedroom. "I agree" Kelly told her. Once they got to the bedroom they both quickly undressed before Kelly picked her up and toted her to the bed. "Surely they on que will not interrupt us yet again like Ella did the other night twice" Kelly tells Stella. "I hope not" Stella tells him as he gets on the bed with her and they make love. Once they were done they laid there together for a good 15 minutes talking before getting dressed. "A part of me was a little shocked Brandon talked back so much to you today" Stella tells Kelly. "I'm not. He's a Severide with a Severide mouth" Kelly told her. "That's true but still. He at times has push back with me but not normally you" Stella told him. "Ehh yeah but he fights me quite a bit too" Kelly told her. "Did you otherwise have fun today though" Stella asked Kelly. "Yes. It didn't change the fact that today was fun" Kelly tells her. "Did you have fun" Kelly asks her. "Yes. I'm glad that the kids loved the restaurant so much too. We definitely will have to make that a regular going out spot with them" She tells him. "I agree" he says. "I think as much as I just want to continue laying right here like this with you we should probably get dressed and go rejoin them in the fort before one of them wakes up or something" Stella tells him. "I agree. This would be yet again another night they suddenly have problems sleeping" Kelly tells her giving her a kiss before getting dressed. He grabbed her hand as she was getting ready to open the bedroom door "sleep beside me out there please" Kelly said to Stella. " You don't think the kids will question that move" she questions him. "I don't care" Kelly tells her. "I'm not quite ready for them to know yet" Stella said. "Okay then we'll just tell them that you had to get up in the middle of the night and instead of climbing back over them you just laid down beside me. It's not a complete lie" Kelly tells her. "I guess. They should buy that. You better know how much I love you to be willing to lie to our children" Stella says. "I love you too and hate lying to our children too but some things they don't have to know and you have to lie to them" Kelly tells her as they head out and lay back down as Stella lays beside Kelly and he wraps him arm around her as they doze off to sleep

The morning came before they knew it and Brandon woke up first this morning but Stella quickly woke up after feeling Brandon start to squirm around and so did Kelly. "Why is mom laying over there with you and you have your arm around her" Brandon asks. "She had to get up in the middle of the night and didn't want to have to climb over y'all again so she fell asleep over here" Kelly says looking back at Brandon and gripping Stella's waist tighter pushing her closer into him but Brandon couldn't see that part due to his angle of it. "Why's your arm around her though" Brandon said. Well fuck didn't think of this was all that was going through his head as he finally said "I'm not sure I must have wrapped my arm around her when I was asleep" Kelly told him. "Oh ok" Brandon said. "Fuck that was close" Kelly whispered into Stellas ear as he let go of her and got up with Brandon and Ella. Once they were all up Stella cooked breakfast while the kids and Kelly watched cartoons. About halfway through Kelly walked over to Stella and wrapped his arms around her waist from behind as he kissed her "babe you're going to get us caught " Stella said. "No I won't. They are so focused on "Paw Patrol" right now" Kelly tells her as he kisses her one more time before letting go of her. "I had so much fun with you last night " Kelly said still whispering. "I had fun too" Stella whispered back to him. Once breakfast was done they ate breakfast before going on to have another day of playing at the house as it was still raining.
