"hi there, do you have an appointment today?" autumn smiled at the assuming early to mid twenties girl who had just walked into the salon.
"um.. no," she softly shook her head. "is.. lilli in today at all..?"
"um.. have you booked with lilli before?" the girl questioned, receiving the same action in response. "were you recommended her from one of her clients by chance?"
"no, i wasn't.. i just found her online.."
"o- okay," autumn hesitantly and slowly nodded as she thought about what she's been told to say in this instance — it wasn't the first time someone had come into the salon hoping to see the girl, but it was autumn's first time she was experiencing it herself. "unfortunately lilli doesn't take new clients but we do have many other staff who can assist you. what were you after, may i ask?"
"oh um," she flicked her head over to the door as the bell chimed and the girl in question stepped inside with her boyfriend, quickly make her turn back to autumn in front of her. "do you have a bathroom at all?"
"if you exist out and walk two doors down, there are public bathrooms," she explained.
"mh.." she lent in closer to the front desk, lowering her voice as she said; "he's my ex, he can't know that i'm here.. it could be bad for lilli.."
autumn glanced over at aj and liberty as his hands on her cheeks keep her close while exchanging kisses, then back at the customer, subtly nodding as she felt trusting of this random girl.
"okay come with me," she instructed.
walking over across the salon, her boss had called out to her and shook her head but autumn had ignored it as she showed the girl to the bathroom. instructing her to wait there until the boy had left. autumn had then went straight over to her boss.
"no clients in our bathroom," she scolded, keeping it polite as she was currently working on a client. "you know that.."
"i know but.. she said she's lilli's boyfriend's ex and sorta suggested that he's abusive.. i just didn't know what to do.." she kept her tone low as she explained.
"liberty!" agatha called out, looking past the young girl stood beside her to her other staff still by the entry. "wrap it up, you're already late!"
"mhm," liberty nodded, placing one more kiss on her boyfriend's lips. removing his hands from her and keeping a hold of them as she took a step back away from aj. "have fun doing your errands, i'll see you later."
"two hours, i'll be back."
"mhm," she nodded.
receiving one more kiss from the boy before he walked out of the salon, which was when liberty had promptly walked over to her boss.
