LAMINES POV

He noticed Alicia and Hector speaking from a far. The way her eyebrows crinkled told him she probably wasnt enjoying the conversation, but he didnt interfere and hw knew she could handle herself. They had spent the night together, wrapped in each others arms. Being with her was his favourite thing, even judt having her close brought him peace and she felt the same way too. "You spoke to her yet?" Alejandro asked as the two had been paired together since Raphina wasnt there. It had been a couple weeks since the phone conversation but it played on his mind daily. He was falling for her and he knew it but it was difficult for Lamine to allow himself to feel that especially since being cheated on. Lamine shook his head, doing some tricks with the ball before passing it on to Alejandro.

"You need to do it soon" Alejandro admitted. Him and Maria had been saying they loved each other since early, some of the group thought it was weird but Ale and Maria proved them wrong. Lamine didnt want to rush it, he wanted everything to be perfect when he told her but there was so many things fighting for a top spot in his schedule. They had their match against Real Madrid and then the Ballon D'or two days later. Travelling was Lamines favourite thing to do but since having to go a week without Alicia he knew he couldnt cope. This time she would have to go with him but it was wether she wanted that.

Nico joined the pair in whatever activity they were doing after spending a few moments talking to coach. Smiling at his sister who had just mysteriously dissappeared last night but seeing her in his friends Barca tech he suddenly connected the dots. "Where did you two go last night?' Nico asked, genuinely intruiged. He hadnt noticed them slip out as he was so wrapped up with Thalia. It was only this morning when he knocked on her bedroom door to say goodbye and she wasnt there. "They went back to Minis" Alejandro chimned in, Lamine was far too distracted trying to communicate with Alicia to think about what Nico was saying. "Did he tell her?" Nico questioned returning his focus to Alejandro instead. Last the boys talked Lamine had just got that message from Alex. Nico knew he needed to tell Alicia before it was too late and she found out herself. "Kind of.." Lamine admitted, realising what they were talking about and turning to carry on passing the ball. "He let her find it" Alejandro explained, holding back a laugh as Nico screwed his face towards him.

"What?" Lamine laughed defensively. Nico and Alejandro shook their heads sarcastically, pretending to be extremely dissappointed. Before coach came over and politely asked for them to multi task as they had all just stopped. "Why didnt you tell her last night?" Nico asked, trying to make it look like they were doing the training excercises they were supposed to be doing. "We was too busy" Lamine explained as him and Alejandro burst into immediate laughter after seeing his reaction. It was moments like these that Lamine was grateful Nico had allowed them to be together, although he did somewhat miss the thrill of sneaking around. Even if Nico hadnt, Lamine couldnt control himself around her and wouldve still pursued her.

"Is she coming to Madrid?" Alejandro asked. The boys were torn between making it a boys weekend of inviting their girlfriends. Lamine hadnt asked Alicia yet and was hopeful that she would join him. Leila had offered to let the group crash at her studio apartment but Lamine would prefer a hotel if Alicia joined him, for privacy. "No se" Lamine explained. The boys told him he was slacking and there were conversations that needed to be had between the two but Lamine found that whenever he was with her he focused on her and her only.

ALICIAS POV

Whenever she thought he couldnt get more attractive, he proved her wrong. His curls jumped in reaction to his sudden movement and his leg muscles tensed as he had to race for the ball. A few of the other boys noticed her gaze, nudging Lamines shoulder to tease him. Anyone could see these two were absoulutely obsessed with each other and it was cute to see but sometimes it felt like they were always interrupting something. Last night was exactly what Alicia needed, just some quality time with her boyfriend even if she had fallen asleep in his arms mid conversation.
