It had been a hectic few days. Lamine had managed to get Alicia to stay one more night but made the following morning busy for himself as he had to drop her home and get himself to training too. That day Alicia spent at the local town, shopping for some new outfits with Maria. They bumped into a few old friends and ended up having lunch together as they wished to know all the details in Marias new relationship with a footballer. They questioned Alicia about the Lamine rumours but were heavily brushed off as her and Lamine hadnt had a fully conversation about being open on social media. Regardless of the countless times the press had leaked them. She hadnt heard much from him but he made sure to wish her good morning and good night, the bare minimum. He was busy training for El Classico. A game against the top two clubs in Spain to decide who would take the number one spot for the next year. Alicia found herself happier than usual. If she was missing him after two days of no contact what wouldve she been like if she hadnt been going.

"Can you hurry up?" Nico exclaimed. He was growing annoyed at Alicia now as she had begged him to drive her to the twins place for their flight tomorrow. The boys were flying out early, with the club, meaning the girls were travelling as a collective but on their own. Alicia was a little disheartened that she wasnt flying with Lamine but the main reason he was going on this trip was for the team anyway. "Can you shut up?" Alicia replied, lugging the two massive cases she had managed to fit some outfits into out of her bedroom. Her brother glanced up from his phone, having to do a double take to make sure she was being serious. Alicia always over packed, she claimed it was better to be safe than sorry.

"Ill just order you an Uber" Nico complained, slipping off his sliders in annoyance. Alicia knew he wasnt being serious but he just needed a moment to re gather himself. She was unsure why he was frustrated, it was a win win for him. Yes he would have to carry these cases down to the car and drive but he would be able to see his beautiful girlfriend as a reward for his hardwork.
"Its two suitcases hermano, chop chop" Alicia explained before wheeling one toward him. They werent even that heavy, he was just being extra. Scrolling on her phone to drown out his whining as they made their way down the stairs and outside into the cold she skipped toward the boot and clicked it open for him before prancing her way to the passenger seat of the car.

Nico did have a nice car, a large truck. It was so him from his favourite mints over stocked in the glove compartment and the small bobble head of one of his favourite NBA star in the middle of the dash board. It just wasnt Lamines. When she was in his, she felt like she belonged, the passenger seat was hers as long with most of the other things. Making herself comfortable in Nicos car she allowed her mind to drift of to some of the late night journeys she had taken with Lamine before Nico interrupted her thought process. "He still treating you well?" Nico asked. It wasnt frequent that they actually sat and discussed their relationships with each other, it just wasnt something they did but when he asked questions like this it did reminded Alicia that he did put her first."Very well, thanks for asking" Alicia explained suggestively making her brother cringe at the thought of it. As much as he had finally agreed to their relationship, he didnt need to know any of the details about it although Lamine did love reminicse.

"You and T?" Alicia questioned. They had just recently become girlfriend and boyfriend. She knew Thalia wouldnt had waited too long and neither would Nico. They were doing good, somehow they balanced each other out, in a good way. He smiled at the mention of her name and it made her laugh a little. It was crazy how he had finally found himself in an commited relationship after years of only flings. Who knew the right person was right infront of him this whole time. "Muy bueno" [ very good ] He almost sung, grinning from ear to ear before going on to explain the date he had planned for her on one of his free nights in Madrid. He was really falling for her and Alicia was really falling for Lamine. Love was truly in the air.
