She was happy when she held her twins, for the very first time.

After nine months of waiting and nurturing them in her womb, she finally gave birth to the twins safely.

One boy and one girl are her twins, whom she named Hogan Prynceton Madison Langston and Penelope Herria Madison Langston. The joy and delight were unmistakable on her face as she embraced her little angels.

The doctor said that the twins are healthy and there were no complications during childbirth. Persephone was extremely pleased.

Habang hawak niya ang kambal, hinahanap niya si Hugo kung nasaan.

Nagtataka siya kung bakit wala ito sa tabi niya. Bigla siyang nagulat nang pumasok si Maeve, na pawis na pawis.

"Maeve, bakit ka pawis na pawis?Takang niya. "Ano'ng nangyari?"

"Ma'am, hinimatay kanina si Sir Hugo." Saad ni Maeve.

Namilog ang mga mata niya sa sobrang pagkagulat. "Hinimatay?" Tanong niya ulit, hindi makapaniwala. "Nasaan siya ngayon?"

"Nasa kabilang kwarto, Ma'am. Pero gising na siya ngayon. Isa sa mga nurse ang gumising sa kanya." Paliwanag ni Maeve habang inaayos ang buhok na nakadikit sa kanyang pawisang noo.

"Salamat, Maeve." Sambit niya.

Napansin ni Maeve ang kambal na hawak ni Persephone. Namilog din ang mga mata ni Maeve.

"Grabe, ang cute ng kambal niyo, Ma'am." Mangha na ani ni Maeve.

"Oo naman, mana sa akin e." Nakangiti niyang sabi.

A moment later, the door opened and Hugo entered. "Gorgeous." Hugo called out with a slight smile on his lips.

Hugo approached her and kissed her on the forehead. "I'm sorry, you were worried."

"Akala ko'y nasaan ka na e, dito ka lang sa tabi namin ah?"

Tumango si Hugo at niyakap ang kanyang mag-ina. "Mahal na mahal ko kayo." Bulong niya.

Hugo lifted the twins, and he immediately noticed the resemblance of the baby boy to him.

Handsome, like me, huh?

This little baby has the same eyes, nose, and lips that seem to have been inherited from him. And the baby girl looks just like Persephone.

Him eyes shine like stars, and him cheeks seem full of happiness.

This is the first time Hugo has held his twins, and with each moment he feels a mix of emotions—joy, nervousness, and excitement.

Si Persephone naman ay masayang nagmamasid sa nakikita.

Every smile that Hugo gives while talking to the babies, even though it seems they don't understand him.

"Wow, look at you two, you're so cute." Hugo said while watching his twins.

"Love, you're doing great! Just keep talking to them." She said with a smile.

"You are my little stars." He continues to say as he pays attention to every reaction of his twins.

Hugo laughs when he sees one of them looking confused by the sound of his voice. "Look at that face! You're so curious." He said, gently stroking the baby's head.

"Just enjoy the moment." bulong niya sa sarili habang pinapanood ang kanyang mag-ama.
