"Well, that's pretty pitiful."

Koda glanced back at Megatron as he leaned against the cavern wall near the entrance of the somewhat large room deep within a mountain, "Get used to it buddy."

"This vein should give us enough supply to last the next week, we are lucky to have stumbled upon it," Optimus rumbled, his servo trailing across the blue crystal encased within the dark rock. He looked down at the small shard of energon in his servo, before glancing over at Koda, where she sat upon his shoulder, "What do you think?"

"Well with Buckethead over there I think it would last five."

"Hey!"

"I'm not trying to be rude," Koda murmured, shifting to grab onto Optimus' left exhaust pipe as he turned to face the silver mech, "Just stating the obvious. With two larger mechs, one who is getting his proper rations again," she gave Optimus a pointed look before continuing, "The Energon supplies are bound to dwindle faster than previous times we've harvested smaller veins."

"Why not search for larger ones that you could harvest from for long term?" The former warlord suggested.

Optimus placed the small shard of Energon into his subspace, replying, "Because we are unable to access them due to the Decepticons," As he walked past the silver mech, and up out of the cavern behind them. Darkness engulfed the tunnel, aside from the soft light emitting from both mechs optics, as well as the small sliver of Optimus' Spark which rested gently on Koda's chest.

Megatron remained silent as the echoes of both mech's pedes echoed through the tunnel. Upon exiting the tunnel they were greeted with the darkness of the night, lit up by the bright stars above, alongside with the crescent moon which was almost at its highest point for this time of year.

"Look," Koda suddenly pointed skyward, Megatron observed Optimus as he followed her pointer finger as she seemingly traced something in the sky, "That's Sagittarius, astronomers have found that it often resembles a centaur. In our folklore, depending where you come from, centaurs have the body of a horse, but instead of looking like a horse they have the torso of a human, and they were often known to be fantastic archers."

"It seems as though each month there is a new constellation," Optimus hummed softly as he stared down the rocky mountain side.

"There is, twelve zodiac signs. Each sign is supposed to tell what your personality or relationship life will be like. Honestly I find it to be quite false, but then again I've got you so who knows," Koda chuckled softly as she crossed her legs, feeling comfortable enough to release her Prime's smokestack and lay back on his shoulder plating.

"Well, if you deem them unimportant then that is what they shall be. On the topic of constellations, yours seems to be shining rather brightly tonight, Little Bear," Optimus rumbled as he found his footing on even ground.

"Stars are meant for younglings," Megatron grumbled, walking past the Prime, "When are we leaving?"

"Come on, take a chill pill," Koda chastised, she looked at Megatron before pointing up with her index finger, "Besides, they're not just stars. They all have a story behind them, and besides, don't you want to see home?"
