Science Takes a Swim

Imagine all that's real, both wise and fool,
As cosmic Legos, wet and full of might,
Each quark and quasar dancing with delight.
Composed of liquid blocks (don't ask us how),
They boogie-woogie to nature's sacred vow,
A universe that's sloshing, holy cow!
It's fluid physics – let's all take a bow.

The mighty oak, now dripping like a mop,
Vibrates gently (is that a raindrop?),
While mountains hum bass notes, then seem to stop,
Their rocky slopes now liquid – watch them flop!
The air we breathe, a misty brick so odd,
Its molecules line up (give them a prod),
And fire leaps in droplets, like some god
Decided flames should swim – how very mod!

From quantum realms to galaxies so vast,
All matter flows, no longer unsurpassed,
Where frequency and volume, unsurpassed,
Make reality look like it's been gassed.
But wait! There's more! Our words have mystic power,
They shape these water bricks hour by hour.
Did English precede cosmos? Don't cower!
Our language might just be the universe's shower.

Our syllables, with strength we can't deny,
Arrange wet bricks as centuries fly by.
This tongue we speak, reaching to the sky,
Might just explain the 'how' and 'what' and 'why'.
