So,I want to discuss my opinion on the idea of Emily becoming a fallen angel:
Personally,I would prefer if Emily were to start a splinter faction in heaven that advocates for redeeming sinners. In that sense, she can be seen as an "Anti-Sera" where she gains nearly equal backing from others in heaven. I also like it if her and Charlie represent the newer generation changing the structure of their respective worlds; Charlie brightening up Hell by showing a positive light and the fact that sinners can be redeemed, and Emily revealing Heaven's dark side and how the Elites of heaven aren't as Virtuous as they like you to think. To me,Emily falling would be the point of no return for heaven. They would rather throw out the most Virtuous among them to maintain their image, than change their ways and atone for their atrocities. It actually makes you wonder where is Jesus in the Helluverse? Is he really in heaven,or was he "taken care of for being too problematic",or is he in on it,and he's not the pure being that he portrays himself as? Anyways,I digress, basically,if Emily falls, heaven is officially dead to me, and Charlie can pull an Austrian painter on heaven, and I'd fully support her.
One idea I've heard, and one that would truly piss me off,is the idea that Emily would betray Charlie, either by selling her out in a selfish attempt to get back into heaven,or changing her mind on sinners and preferring them to be exterminated. If that were to happen, I'd be PISSED!
So,anyways, those are my thoughts. And to finish this, I'd like to see it become a meme where she's basically the Daryl Dixon of the series.
If Daryl does,we riot
If Emily falls,we riot
