Alice Jones

Tyler seemed a little surprised as I stood in front of his door. He got an apartment in New York now. With a little help of his brother.

A wide grin spreads across Tyler's face as he takes in my appearance. "Hey there, gorgeous. I wasn't expecting you tonight. But now that you're here, I'm definitely not complaining. Come on in."

"The apartment looks cozy." I look around and he thanks me. "It's small but enough for me." I can't believe he decided to move to New York even though all of his friends are in Boston.

Tyler closes the door behind me and locks it, his eyes never leaving mine. He sets his keys down on a nearby table and turns to face me, his arms crossing over his chest. "So, what brings you over tonight? Everything okay?"

I nod, standing across from him. "Yeah, I just wanna spend some time with you." He smiles. "I'm glad. Wanna drink something?" He asks, pointing at his fridge.

"A water would be fine." I lean against the kitchen counter as he grabs a glass of water for me, handing it to me. "So, what do you want to do?" He asks. I don't really know. I just missed him.

I shrug. A mischievous glint appears in his eyes. "Well, I can think of a few things we could do. We could watch a movie, play a game, or, we could just sit here and talk."

I watch him sit down. I take a sip of my water before sitting down on his lap. "I like talking." He raises an eyebrow as I climb onto his lap, but he doesn't object. Instead, he wraps his arms around my waist and pulls me closer. "Oh, is that right? Well, I'm all ears."

I don't know what I want to talk about... I just bite my lip, looking at him. He slowly puts his hand on my thigh, his touch can be felt through my jeans. "What is it? What's on your mind?"

I sigh, "I haven't seen you in so long since you came out of the hospital. I missed you." I blurt out. He pulls me into a tight hug, burying his face in my neck. "I missed you too, so much. It's been way too long since we've been together like this." He kisses my neck softly, his hand still resting on my thigh.

"I think so too. Been to long." I blurt out. He slowly pulls away from my neck and looks into my eyes, his thumb tracing circles on my thigh.

I notice a nervous look on his face. "I've been thinking about you non-stop lately." My heart stops as he finishes his sentence.

"Really?" I softly ask. He nods, his gaze not breaking from mine. "Yeah. I can't stop thinking about that time we spent together. You've been on my mind all the time." He leans in closer, closing the distance between us, with a hint of curiosity and caution in his eyes.

"Me too. You've been on my mind a lot lately." I say, nervously nibbling on my bottom lip. He leans in closer and gently presses his lips against mine, in a slow and tender kiss. After several seconds he pulls away, looking at me with a gentle smile.

I return his smile. He leans in again for another kiss, this time with more passion and intensity. His free hand moves to the side of my face, cradling it gently as he deepens the kiss.

I hum softly into our kiss. I missed his lips on mine. After a few more seconds he pulls away, both of us panting slightly. "Damn, I've missed that sound." He rests his forehead against mine.

"You did?" I ask softly. He nods, looking at me with a intensity and desire in his eyes. "Yeah, I did." He lets out a small sigh, before continuing. "You have no idea how much I've missed being around you and hearing your voice. It's been hard without you here."

My heart melts. "I feel the same." A big smile spreads across my face. He smiles, lifting his forehead away from mine.

"I'm glad we can finally spend some time again" He leaves a soft trail of kisses from my cheek, down to my neck. "You know, I've been wanting to tell you something for a long time now."
