Chapter 41

Felix didn't answer. Felix didn't move.

"Does Hyunjin not want me anymore?"

Felix's knees buckled and he fell on the floor. He couldn't hear Lee Know anymore, who had snatched the letter from Felix to understand what's going on. Lee Know helped Felix on the bed, snapping his fingers in front of Felix's face to get his attention. Before Felix could say anything, Lee Know snapped, "Read this too!" Felix looked at a letter in Lee Know's hand and frowned confused. Felix said, "What's that?" Lee Know sighed in relief, finally getting his brother's attention and said, "It's a letter to Hyunjin, from Jack. You know, Bang Chan's dad!" 

Felix said, "What? I thought he was in jail? Why would he send a letter to Hyunjin?!"

Lee Know said glancing at the letter, "It sounds like Jack and Hyunjin's dad teamed up... It's a blackmail letter...."

Felix's heart froze... Did Hyunjin leave for America instead of Australia because of that?

Lee Know shook Felix by his shoulders, "I think Hyunjin made a wrong decision in fear. We need to go stop Hyunjin from boarding that flight or we may never see him again!"

Felix got up and sprinted downstairs, out of the house. "Felix wait for me!" Lee Know shouted as Felix got in his car and sped away. Not that Felix didn't want Lee Know's help, he just forgot to bring him along.

Felix drove as fast as he could while praying he wasn't too late, while on the other hand, Hyunjin was done with his suitcase check up and was just waiting for the air hostess to get ready to check their boarding tickets.

Felix parked his car outside the airport and breathed heavily. He had tried calling Hyunjin over and over, but Hyunjin wouldn't answer his calls. Felix paid the first security guard saying he was a visitor and ran inside. Felix looked inside the airport and gulped when he couldn't see Hyunjin anywhere.

Felix was thinking of doing something very stupid.

Hyunjin sat in the waiting area, while looking through his phone gallery. Thankfully, Felix had given up on calling Hyunjin. Hyunjin mentally face-palmed himself wondering why he left all his letters at home. He could only hope that Felix hadn't found them and already read through them. Just a couple more minutes and he would be in the plane. No one would hurt Felix or anyone else he loved ever again. 

The guards yelled, running after the blonde haired boy who ran inside the airport. Felix panted, this was admittedly, the most stupid thing he had done in his life, but he didn't have a choice. Hyunjin wouldn't pick up his calls, and if Hyunjin boarded that plane, he would never come back...

Felix ran past the securities, thank God he wasn't a big person and could fit through small places. Felix sighed in relief seeing the seating area and looked around, running through the crowd. 

Felix froze, finally spotting the black-haired boy, who was busy trying to get his suitcase to stand upright. Felix yelled, "Hyunjinah!" 

Hyunjin froze, his head snapping in Felix's direction as Felix yelled his name again. Felix ran up to Hyunjin, "Please don't go Jinnie. We'll figure it out, everything will be ok. I'm here. I love you Hyunie. Please don't leave. I love you."

Hyunjin's eyes watered, feeling a weird sense of panic and comfort overwhelm him. Hyunjin stepped forward to pull Felix closer, but was stopped when a couple of security guards tackled Felix to the floor. 

The put hand-cuffs on Felix's hands and made him stand up, but Felix kept his eyes on Hyunjin. They started dragging Felix away. 

Hyunjin shouted, "I love you too Felix!"

It took hours of waiting, but because Felix was still a minor and Hyunjin was undoubtedly rich, Felix was let go. Hyunjin may have had to spend another hour at the airport, trying to find his luggage that he left behind following the security guards to wherever they were taking Felix. Lee Know and Han were waiting outside worriedly. Once Hyunjin found his luggage, Lee Know had immediately snatched it from him. 

Hyunjin waited outside the security office, waiting for Felix to be let go. Hyunjin thought back to the chaotic day and sighed stressfully. Hyunjin trusted Felix and came back, but now he was feeling more scared than ever. His anxiety getting better of him. Hyunjin stood up and told himself to shut up.

Just then the door opened and Felix ran out, tackling Hyunjin in a back hug. Hyunjin stumbled and let out a nervous chuckle. Hyunjin said, "You really ran inside the airport so far. I wonder what happened to the security."

Felix scoffed, "You really tried to run away so far. You think I'd let that happen?" Hyunjin smiled, "I'm still scared though." Felix said, "Don't be, you've been living in fear long enough." 

Hyunjin pulled Felix in a hug and said, "I promise, no matter how scared I get, I will never try to face it by myself again. I'll never leave you again."

Felix melted in the hug, "You better. Or else I'll kill you."

They stayed like that for a while.

Everything was complicated. And maybe it'll always be. But one thing will always be simple.

Felix loves Hyunjin, and Hyunjin loves Felix.

And they'd face whatever comes their way, together. As one.

A/N: Thank you for reading till here guys! Tbh, I was stressing about the ending sm, but I liked the way it ended. Hope you enjoyed it! Thank you again for all the comments because they motivated me to keep on writing and finish this book. 

I honestly feel sad ending this book but I want to move on to the next book, and I thought it was very touching that Felix ran into the airport, past the security (somehow) to reach Hyunjin.
