The morning after their public dinner, Hyunjin and Felix were greeted by the unwelcome sight of a camera crew camped outside their apartment. The doorbell rang incessantly, and the flashbulbs were a constant companion.
"This is ridiculous," Hyunjin muttered, pulling a pillow over his head.
Felix, who was already out of bed and moving around with surprising efficiency, chuckled. "Welcome to the life of a celebrity, darling."
With a sigh, Hyunjin threw off the pillow and swung his legs over the bed. The plan was simple: pretend to be a perfectly normal, happily married couple. They would cook breakfast together, share a sweet morning kiss, and send Hyunjin off to work with a wave and a smile.
The reality was far from ideal. They had to coordinate their every move, their smiles plastered on their faces even as they exchanged exasperated glances. The camera crew, equipped with microphones and long lenses, followed them everywhere.
"And here we have our lovely couple, waking up to the start of a new day," a voiceover cooed as the camera zoomed in on their still-sleepy faces.
Hyunjin groaned inwardly. "I feel like a zoo animal," he whispered to Felix.
Felix, who was busy flipping pancakes, managed a smirk. "At least you're getting free breakfast."
As the aroma of pancakes filled the apartment, the camera crew seemed to be in their element. They captured every mundane detail—from Felix cracking eggs to Hyunjin brushing his teeth.
"And now, watch as Felix prepares a delicious breakfast for his loving husband," the voiceover continued as if they were narrating a romantic comedy.
Hyunjin rolled his eyes. "I can cook, you know," he muttered, trying to sound casual.
Felix grinned. "I know, darling, but the fans love it when I do the cooking."
as felix served two plates,he sat down next to hyunjin trying not to look stiff. felix got a piece of pancake from his plate and fed it to hyunjin who let out a genuine smile as he whispered "Maybe you should actually cook from now on"
felix playfully rolled his eyes and smiled before whispering back "You don't deserve it"
after their breakfast, the cameramen waited outside 'their bedroom' which was Hyunjin's room where they stuffed a few of Felix's clothes inside. felix sighed while hyunjin laughed "Welcome to the life of a celebrity, darling" felix was about to hit him but remembered the reporters outside.
"get changed-" felix said looking at hyunjin who seemed surprised but quickly put on a smirk "So eager?"
felix sighed and rolled his eyes "In the bathroom."
hyunjin's expression died as he uttered a "no" but with felix stubbornness he couldn't really argue so he reluctantly agreed. It reminded him of when he was shooting for "my stubborn prince" with felix.it was surprising that their parents were not stupid enough to choose someone they both didn't know. what's even more surprising is that felix could totally act like a professional actor and it shocked hyunjin. the role really seemed to fit him.
he stepped outside to see felix in some casual clothes while he was stuck in a suit. felix laughed at how serious he looked, hyunjin couldn't argue. they stepped outside to see the reporters whispering among themselves.
felix walked hyunjin to the door and closed his eyes before leaning in as hyunjin met him halfway. the kiss didn't even last 2 seconds before they pulled out and bid goodbye to each other, the reporters following hyunjin.
"Hyunjin-ssi, how does it feel to be a successful businessman, actor, and a loving husband?" a reporter asked as he approached the car.
Hyunjin plastered on a smile. "It's a balancing act, but I wouldn't trade it for the world. Felix is my rock."
The camera crew nodded approvingly, their job seemingly complete. As Hyunjin drove away, he couldn't help but feel a sense of relief. At least the day was just beginning.he went to his company and did most tasks like checking the data and calculating shares and whatever businessmen do. he then got a call from his agent something about modeling and just a regular check on how he was doing.
he was doing a dual shoot with a Louis Vuitton ambassador as a Versace ambassador
