This story happenes somewhere after Civil War, but the Avengers all live peacefully together and SHIELD fixed the problems with the accords, so Fury kinda works as the boss of the Avengers and they can continue to be heroes without annoying restrictions. Tony did not sell the tower and Vision is still only JARVIS.
Kate Bishop and Yelena Belova joined the Avengers, Pietro is alive, Loki made a compromise with Thor and Asgard, so everything's fine and Peter is adopted by Tony. Yelena and Nat are no biological nor legal sisters, they were just in the red room together.
Pietro, Peter, Wanda, Kate and Yelena are all teenagers around the age of 16-18.
