Dear Baji,
Thanks for worrying about me. Life in juvie seriously ain't that bad. To the point that I think even a structured life would be up my ally. Most importantly living away from my dad is incredibly relaxing. Plus someone I knew before just started rooming with me. Seems like he did something to land himself here. Kensho Hishi, he's the same as ever and it brings me back to when you, me and Kensho hung out together almost every day. I remember how scared Kaiya always seemed. I wonder if she's the same in the outside world.
And I met some pretty interesting guys, too. The trio from room 15: Guren's leader Kiyomaro Mori (Red scar), Gekko's leader Ayumu Tobishima and Rodeo's leader Soichiro Matsuno.

- "So, you are the trio from room 15," Keisuke said, his tone flat, unimpressed by the revelation.
- "Yeah. Me, Yellow Dragonfly, and Red Scar were all in the same room in juvie," Soichiro replied, his voice steady as he recounted the story. "The reason why they called us the 'room 15 trio' is because we were all former gang leaders. At first, there were times when we clashed, but somehow, we hit it off in the strangest way. The three of us didn't have any special attachment to the outside world." As he spoke, his eyes flicked briefly to Kaiya, who stood silently, the only visible connection Kazutora had to that world he had left behind. There was a subtle tension in the glance, an unspoken acknowledgment of the weight she carried.
Soichiro continued, his voice filling the alley as everyone listened intently.
- "There were days when all we looked forward to was beating up anyone we laid eyes on, and there was no shortage of people to mess with. Before long, we became the most feared people in juvie. That's when we heard rumors about a certain newbie. Kensho Hishi, the leader of Yotsuya Kaidan, a booming new gang. He was about six and a half feet tall, undefeated in a fight. The moment I heard about him, I was thrilled. So we decided to attack him in his room."
He paused, the memory vivid in his mind as he spoke.
- "Yellow Dragonfly was the first to strike, but was not match for Kensho. Then Kensho... he grabbed me by the head, squeezing it like he was about to crush it. He didn't stop until one of the juvie supervisors intervened. But Kensho didn't care; he was in his own world. He only stopped when Kazutora kicked the supervisor, saying, 'I thought you'd kill someone if I didn't do anything, Kensho.'" Soichiro glanced at Kaiya again, noticing how her curiosity had drawn her fully into the story. "In a way, Kazutora saved us all that day. We met two people we couldn't beat, and for the first time in a long while, we felt something different. And Kazutora's words... they showed us the way: 'Kill everyone in Toman!!'"
Kaiya flinched at the harshness of those words, the shock and horror evident in her eyes. Keisuke's concern deepened as he watched her, sensing the inner turmoil those words sparked within her.
Ayumu, ever the provocateur, couldn't resist adding more fuel to the fire.
- "Y'know, they said half of Kazutora's hair turned white. That sorta thing doesn't happen often. He must've had quite the shock from you all betraying him, huh, Baji?" His smirk widened as he looked at Keisuke, who was visibly upset, his fists clenched at his sides, the pain of the past evident in his expression. Then, Ayumu turned his gaze to Kaiya, a predatory gleam in his eyes. "Even his sweet twin sister... and yet, he still wants to protect you."
- "This is bullshit! I would never betray or abandon my brother!" Kaiya snapped, her voice filled with rage as she squared off against Ayumu, ready to fight if necessary.
