Jungkook's POV
"Seriously, when I clearly told you not to mess it up." Namjoon hyung shook his head in frustration, his gaze shifting to Jin and Yoongi hyung as he raised his eyebrows. "I thought you two were the mature ones here?" he asked, glaring at them.
Jin hyung sighed. "We were just enjoying the show." Yoongi hyung replied with his usual calm demeanor, as if it was all a harmless game.
"Really? Well, you know what's going to happen, right?" Namjoon hyung shot back, his glare intensifying. There was no humor in his voice now, just pure frustration. "Jin, you're going to fix this, right?" he asked, directing his frustration at Jin hyung.
"Me? Why me?" Jin hyung snapped back, as he met Namjoon hyung's glare with one of his own. "You can tell him yourself. Why do I have to be the one to clean up his mess?" He said pointing towards me.
"Jungkook can tell by himself." Yoongi hyung added, slumping back into his seat, clearly done with the conversation.
"What's the fuss about, anyway?" I asked, rolling my eyes. It felt like everyone was overreacting, and I wasn't in the mood for another lecture.
"This is exactly why I'm asking this to you." Namjoon hyung snapped, his voice rising in frustration. "Can't you fucking accept that she's important to Jimin?" His glare was sharp, and for the first time, I could see the genuine anger in his eyes. "I clearly told you not to mess it up!" he yelled, shoving me slightly in the chest, his patience wearing thin.
"Why is she suddenly so important to him? I shot back, annoyed by the entire situation.
"It fucking doesn't matter!" Namjoon hyung barked, his voice cutting through the room like a whip. "What matters is that she's important to him." He shoved me again, this time with more force, his glare burning into me.
"Hyung, what the hell? Why are you yelling at me?" I snapped back, my own anger rising to the surface. It felt like he was coming at me from all sides, and I wasn't about to just take it.
"Because you're fucking stupid, and you're always getting yourself into trouble, Jungkook!" He glared, the frustration boiling over as he turned to Jin and Yoongi hyung. "And why the hell didn't you two stop him?" he demanded, his anger spilling over onto them again.
"Hyung, why are you yelling at them? You know it's not their fault, and it's my life." I said, stepping forward to face him head-on. I wasn't going to let him put the blame on anyone else.
"Yah! I don't care whose fault it is. Just fucking fix it!" He yelled, his voice echoing. His eyes were wild with anger.
"And what if I don't?" I shot back, raising my eyebrow in defiance. I wasn't about to back down, not now.
"Then we'll see." He jabbed his finger into my chest, his voice low and dangerous. "But remember, this is going to affect the friendship between you and Jimin." he warned, his tone deadly serious.
I scoffed, refusing to show that his words were getting to me. "Are you threatening me, hyung?"
"Yes." He didn't even hesitate, his glare piercing through me. "I am."
The room was thick with tension. For a moment, neither of us moved, the silence between us crackling with unspoken threats and unresolved anger. I could feel the eyes of Jin and Yoongi hyung on us, but they stayed silent, knowing better than to intervene.
Namjoon hyung's glare didn't waver, his expression a mix of frustration, and disappointment he wasn't just angry; he was hurt. And that realization made my chest tighten with a feeling I didn't want to acknowledge.
