Alba's POV

You woke up slowly, the bed was warm and cozy, and you didn't want to leave. But, as the haze of sleep lifted, the events of the previous day came rushing back, and you sat up quickly. It was afternoon, you quickly took your phone trying to check if Jimin has contacted you.

But nothing, just a few messages from Aina, Farim and Felix. You let out a sigh, flopping back on the bed.

"Great," you muttered, rubbing your eyes.

You needed to figure out what was going on with him. You glanced at the time, seeing it was past 3:00 PM. After your shift you came back to Jimin's apartment.

As you walked to the kitchen, you remembered how he called you yesterday, saying he was going to be a bit busy, he had a meeting to attend with Jungkook but when you saw Jungkook at the hotel, he said it was cancelled. Why Jimin did not tell you?

As the coffee maker hissed and gurgled, the scent of freshly brewed coffee filling the air, you thought about the situation. Something wasn't right.

"Ah!" you gasped. "Maybe he's still at the office," you said, your thoughts racing. "I'll call him, and see where he is."

You grabbed your phone, pulling up his contact and pressing the call button. The line rang once, twice, and then the voicemail message. You hung up, trying again, but the result was the same.

"Maybe he's busy," you mumbled, staring down at your phone.

A wave of doubt washed over you, and you bit your lip, trying to quell the uneasy feeling. "Stop being paranoid," you scolded yourself. "He's probably just busy."

But despite the reassurances, you couldn't shake the worry gnawing at you.

Sighing, you attempted to focus on preparing for work. But you found yourself opening Instagram instead. During your Busan trip, you and Taehyung had exchanged accounts. Lacking his number, social media seemed the best way to reach out.

You scrolled his profile, pausing at the most recent post from this morning. It was a mirror selfie, with a stunning painting visible in the background.

You quickly typed a message, you had no idea if he'll see it right away or not, but it was the best option since you were worried about Jimin.

You pressed send, the knot of worry in your chest loosening just a fraction.

You took a deep breath placing your phone back, trying to calm your nerves. "He's probably just busy," you said, repeating the words like a mantra.

"Yeah," you murmured, nodding slowly. "Everything's fine."

Taking your clothes and headed to bathroom, to shower. Your mind wandered to the others. You haven't talked to anyone properly since the trip. You finished your shower and went out, drying your hair. Others were a bit disappointed that they didn't experience the trip, Farim was really sad because she had her niece's birthday last weekend, and we didn't go but she understood.
