Alba's POV

After Jungkook left, you still sat there in the small garden, outside the hotel. Tears flowing freely down your cheeks. How could you have been so stupid?

"Damn it." you muttered, wiping the tears away.

You took a deep breath, trying to calm yourself down.

"Alba?" a soft voice called out.

You turned and saw the bellboy, Minjun his face laced with concern.

"Is everything okay?" he asked, stepping closer.

You stood up, trying to put on a brave face. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just needed some fresh air."

He looked at you, his eyes narrowing. "Are you sure? You look upset."

You forced a smile, "It's nothing. Just a rough day."

"Wanna talk about it?" he offered.

You shook your head, "No, it's okay. Thank you, though."

He nodded, his expression softening. "Alright. Well, if you ever need anything, just let me know. I'm here for you."

"Thank you." you said, the tears welling up in your eyes.

He reached out and squeezed your shoulder gently, his touch comforting.

"You should get back to work." you said, wiping the tears away.

He gave you a soft smile, "Okay. Take care of yourself."

"I will." you promised, managing a small smile.

As he walked away, you felt a pang in your heart. How could one person cause so much trouble?

"Why does he hate me?" you whispered to yourself.

Your thoughts were interrupted by your phone buzzing it and saw a text from Farim.

Farim: Hey, where are you? The crowd at the desk is going so wild. Come! I need you.

You took a deep breath and headed inside. As soon as you walked through the door, you were bombarded with questions.

"Did you really turn down a job in the VIP lounge?" one staff member asked.

"Is it true that the manager threatened to fire you?" another staff member chimed in.

"Did Mr. Jeon really ask you out?" yet another staff member pressed.

You held up your hands, trying to get everyone to calm down. "Whoa, whoa, slow down." you said confused, why were they asking you these questions and who told them. "Shit! I haven't even told my friends did they know too?"

"Well, did you?" a staff member asked, his eyes wide.

"Yeah, did you?" another echoed.

"Hey stop everyone." Nimi came, her eyes wide with concern. "Stop crowding her, give her some space."

"Nim" you said, relief flooding through you.

She walked over and wrapped her arms around you. "Are you okay?" she asked, her voice filled with concern.

You nodded, "I'm fine."

"Are you sure? You look a bit shaken." she pressed, her eyebrows furrowing.

"Yeah, I'm sure." you lied. "Just tired, that's all."

"Alright." she said, unconvinced. "Well, if you need anything, let me know."

"Thank you." you replied, managing a small smile.
