Jungkook's bewildered expression morphs into a comical one. He breaks into a fit of laughter. Yunhee feels offended by Jungkook's reaction. The male now holds his slightly pained stomach because of too much laughing.
The ravenette stops cackling and gazes at Yunhee with a grim expression. "You?! Love me?! Good joke, why not tell that to Kihyun? You should confess your undying love to him and not to me. You're wasting my time."
"You want to hurt me, right? You don't really love Taehyung. You're marrying him to get back at me because I chose your brother, aren't you?!" Yunhee yelled, clenching her fists.
Jungkook doesn't reply. He turns on his heels and walks away. Upon reaching the forest, he finds a tree stump and sits on it. He lets out an exasperated sigh as he casts his eyes over the dense forest. He inhales the fresh forest air to calm himself. Half an hour later, he is alerted by a hissing sound behind him. He turns to look and there it is, the same snake he met a few weeks back.
The snake Wooshik slithers closer to Jungkook. His beautiful bluish scales glitter under the sunlight. The slitted green eyes look as menacing as before and if Jungkook doesn't recognize the snake, he might pass out from fear. "I warned you not to wander in the forest. You nearly died here and you still haven't learned your lesson. You and Luna are really made for each other, both are impossibly stubborn." Wooshik mindlinks him.
"You know Luna? Wait, you were the last one I saw before I fainted here. Are you also Wooshik? The one who brought me to the clinic? Can you really shift into a human? Will you shift now? I want to see it with my own eyes." Jungkook asked in succession like a curious child.
"Woah, woah! Hold your horses. Aren't you too excited? And no, I will not shift now because I have a date with Hoseok later. I can't afford to waste the time I'm allowed to be a human just because of your curiosity." The snake mindlinked, followed by a hiss. "Do you want to hear a fascinating story, E---Jungkook?" The snake Wooshik would have facepalmed himself right now if he was in human form because he almost slipped up. "Once upon a time-"
Jungkook chimes in. "Wait, is it bedtime already? Are you going to tell me a fairytale now? Shouldn't you find a kid to entertain with your bedtime stories?"
"Shut up, will you?! Geesh! You're insufferable, I much prefer the old you, the one who was sleeping most of the time." The snake glared at him, raising its head higher.
"I ain't sleeping most of the time, though. I've been an active person even when I was just a kid. What are you talking about?" Jungkook answered back. He is pouting now. Is this snake implying that he is lazy?

The snake hisses louder this time. "Do you want to hear the story or not?" Jungkook makes a gesture of zipping his mouth. He doesn't want to annoy the snake. What if it bites him?
The snake settles near him. "Once upon a time, there was a very handsome human. His beauty was like no other that even the gods were jealous of him. He was born a king but that didn't stop him from doing the things which made him happy. He tended to his sheep and watched over them while admiring the beauty of the moon. Unbeknownst to him, Selene's wolf also admired and watched him from the moon. As the days passed by, Selene's wolf grew tired of just watching the handsome human from afar. She wanted to meet him, to hold him in her arms and confess her love to him."
