Taehyung finds their friends resting on the porch of the cabin, clearly exhausted from helping with the preparations for their wedding. As he approaches them, Jimin is the first to see him and quickly gets up, embracing his best friend. Taehyung hugs him back, and the others also rise from their seats to congratulate him on his upcoming nuptials.
Excitedly, Jimin shows Taehyung the venue they have put together. "Thank you, Chim. I love it," Taehyung says as he hugs his best friend.
"I know you don't like flashy decorations, and I want the guests to focus on your beauty, not on ostentatious ornaments. But where did Jungkook go?" Jimin asks, looking around.
"He went to the town square. He said he needs to buy things for the wedding," Taehyung responds.
"How is that coconut head treating you?" The shorter male asks, concerned for his best friend. His features are laced with worry because he knows what is at stake for this union. “Is he starting to warm up to you?”
"We're doing fine now, I guess. We talked after he found out that my wolf is Luna-Selene's wolf. At first, he was terrified, so he lashed out at us and ran away. He has some animosity towards gods and goddesses. I can't really blame him considering he lost his mom and his wolf has been dormant since birth. He thought all gods and goddesses were cruel and treated us werewolves and humans like playthings," Taehyung explained, glancing sideways at Jimin. "I kinda understand him, you know. It's hard to live like a human when he's supposed to be a werewolf. It must be very frustrating for him. He didn't recognize his first mate. Yunhee belittled and indirectly rejected him because his wolf was sleeping. Most of the pack members treat him like a freak, and he loses his birthright to be the next head alpha to his younger brother."
