Lucy and Jared ended up both waking up a little after we got home from the grocery store. Lily and I had then explained to them that we ran into an old friend and they invited us over.

Lucy and Jared were both incredibly kind people, so as soon as they found out, they were both excited to meet Mitch. They had quickly got ready, and thankfully they were both over their hangover.

I was beyond excited. The first time Lily and I met Mitch, I knew he was special. He just seemed so genuine. So kind. I wanted to see him again but due to our circumstances, it was unfortunately not possible at the time. But it seems like fate knew we needed to meet again.

The four of us decided to jump into one car, that car being mine. The address Mitch gave us wasn't too far from the girls' house. Just about ten minutes so it was a pleasant ride.

During the ten minutes we were driving, Lily and I told Lucy and Jared about our meeting with Mitch both the first time and today.

They both seemed excited to meet our friend, which if I'm being honest, I'm very thankful for.

We finally pulled up to the house and parked in front. There was no car in the driveway, so we were a bit confused on if anyone was home.

I quickly pulled out my phone and texted Mitch to let him know we were here. Within seconds, Mitch replied, 'Great! I'll meet you outside to walk you in!'

"Mitch is coming out," I told the car. 

"So what are we waiting for?" Lucy said with a big smile, as she quickly opened the door. I smiled at her excitement and followed her out the car. Jared and Lily both opened up the back doors and also got out quite quickly. As they began adjusting themselves, Lily began shivering quite instantly. Without a moment to think, I began to take my jacket off. But I had to stop myself as soon as I seen Jared taking his jacket off and placing it over Lily's shoulders.

I quickly pulled my jacket back on and shook my head, trying to get the thought of covering Lily up out of my head.

Why would I do that? Thankfully nobody was paying any mind to me, but I still felt so embarrassed.

She isn't your girlfriend anymore Harry.

We started walking towards the house, and as I tried to clear my head from these thoughts, Mitch thankfully did the job by meeting us halfway.

"Hey! I'm so glad you could make it!" Mitch said rushing up to me, while opening his arms for a hug. I embraced him for a hug, and pulled away with a smile on my face now.

"Thank you again for having us over," I said. He smiled back at me and waved his hand.

"It's literally not a problem," he said. He then turned to the small entourage that was brought along today.

"Mitch, this is Lucy and Jared. Lucy, Jared, this is our friend Mitch," I said introducing them. Mitch had his hand out and shook hands with Jared.
