"Can't you see I could but wouldn't stay?"

"I'm not ever going back."

-Lights Up, Harry Styles. 2019.

We pulled up to my house and parked right out front. My brothers had beat us to the house so they took the parking spot right out front so we were a little farther from the porch. Harry had opened my door again while my father did the same for my mother. Both of them helped us out of the car and shut the door behind us. We then began walking behind my parents as we walked to the house.

"You look beautiful," Harry muttered. I could feel my cheeks getting hot as I held his hand. I hid my face in his shoulder as we walked, I heard him chuckle a bit as he pulled me close. We walked up the porch and soon into the house to see Dylan and Luke barely taking their jackets off.

"Oh you finally made it," Dylan commented.

"Oh shut up, I saw you parking the car." My father shot back jokingly as he handed his jacket to Sarah as she rushed in.

"Sure you did," Dylan joked. I laughed a bit at Dylan, while he, Luke, and my father made their way to another room. My mother turned to me and Harry, she then smiled.

"Harry, would you like a tour of the house?" She questioned.

"Oh, that'd be lovely," he nodded.

"Great, follow me!"

"Hello sir, would you like me to take your jacket?" Sarah asked walking up to Harry.

"Oh, I'm a bit chilly still," Harry admitted. "Perhaps when I finish the tour?" He asked. Sarah nodded and gave him a smile. He did the same and soon turned around and searched for my mother. He walked over to her, looked back at me and frowned his eyebrows in confusion.

"Are you coming, daring?" He asked.

"I'll be with you in just a second," I told him. He nodded then turned to my mother who began talking to him and explaining where everything was. I then turned back to Sarah who had a giant grin on her face.

"He is so cute!" She exclaimed. I giggled at her reaction then took my father's jacket from her hands.

"I told you he was cute!" I told her. Although Sarah was ten years older than me, she was like a sister. I've known her for what seems like forever and I love her dearly. I usually went to her for all of my girl problems since my mother was always working and because Sarah has been with us since she was only eighteen, so I honestly felt more comfortable with her.

"So, how'd dinner go?" She asked.

"It went amazing! They all loved him and my parents were so excited to invite him over afterwards."

"Seems like you got yourself a keeper if your father approved," she said a bit taken back.

"Exactly my thoughts to be honest," I laughed very nervously.

"Listen, you're an amazing young lady and I'm sure everything will be fine. But look, whatever you do. Don't mess this up. He's a walking masterpiece. If you don't keep him, I will definitely go after him," Sarah joked. I laughed at her comment and pushed her a bit jokingly.

"I'll try my best," I hung up my dad's jacket at the nearest coat hanger and gave her a hug. "I'll be back, I'm going to join them on the little house tour."

"Have fun girl!" she told me, I smiled and pulled away from our hug then ran down the hall to meet them. I found my brothers and father in the kitchen throwing grapes at each other while trying to catch them in their mouths. I rolled my eyes in amusement.
