Chapter - 25

I am not keeping well yesterday. So could not give an update.

As they went home, a worried Mithra and Meera rushed to them. Mithra hugged Nithya and said,

Mithra: Thank God! You are safe. Where did you go?

Nithya kept silent and Ishaan explained them the happenings.

Mithra: I am sorry Nithya. I should not have sent you.

Nithya: It's ok Aunty. I am fine now.

Meera also came and hugged her.

Meera: You scared us. Are you ok now.

Nithya nodded her head. Meera talked to her for some time and left home.

Mithra: You are very tired. Go and rest for some time after eating.

Later, they had dinner and Nitya went to her room. She closed her eyes but could n't sleep. Her thoughts are only revolving around Ishaan. She woke up from the bed and went towards the window. She stared looking towards the sky.

Nithya MV: You are making me feel different Ishaan. I have always craved for some one to take care of me. To protect me. But it never happened. I don't know who my parents are. I probably was a burden for them. So, they left me in an orphanage. You came to my aimless life and you don't know how much warmth your presence gives me. But will I be selfish if I wish to have this feeling all my life. Can you like an illiterate orphan like me.

She thought to herself and a drop of tear fell from her eyes.

Ishaan on the other hand is sleeping on the bed with one hand under his head and the other one holding the pearl chain that Nithya gave.

Ishaan MV: I have everything in life. But you bring calmness to my heart. Will you be my woman pearl? I will cherish you with my heart.

Saying so he brought the chain close to his heart and slept.

The next day,

Shivani is working as usual in her place. Arun came out of Rudra's cabin and is going passing by Shivani. Shivani saw him and called him.

Shivani MV: What happened to him? He is not talking to me normally?

She called him.

Shivani: Arun Anna!

Arun turned towards her and said,

Arun: Yes ma!

Shivani: What happened Anna? You are looking very dull?

Arun: Nothing like that ma.

He said not meeting Shivani's eyes. Shivani frowned at his behaviour and said,

Shivani: Ok. Come we will have coffee and come.

Arun: No ma! I have work.

Shivani: You always have work Anna! Come.

She dragged him to the cafeteria and they both ordered coffee and sat down. Shivani looked at Arun and said,

Shivani: Did I make any mistake anna? You are not talking to me normally.
