The next day,

Shivani came to the office with a determination to talk to Rudra and apologize to him. By the time she came, Rudra is already present in his cabin. So she went and grabbed a coffee and went to his cabin. She knocked the door and went inside once he called in. Rudra lifted his head from the file to see the person and his face turned stoic as he saw Shivani standing there. She kept the coffee on his table and stood there fidging her fingers. Rudra saw the cup and asked her in a cold tone,

Rudra: What do you want Ms. Shivani?

Shivani could not take his behaviour with her and said,

Shivani: I am sorry for yesterday Sir!! I.. didnt mean anything. I was angry and bursted out without thinking anything. Please don't be like this. I am sorry. Please talk to me normally.

Rudra can see sincerity in her tone. But he refused to give in as her words are not easy to forget.

Rudra: Ms. Shivani! I already told you yesterday that I don't have time for petty issues. If you have anything to discuss regarding work. Then Do it. Otherwise get out.

Shivani: No. I won't go. I told you na, I was angry and didn't mean it. Please forgive me.

She said with tears ready to flow down.

Rudra: What is this Shivani? I think you are crossing your limits. Let's stick to our professional relationship. This is what you wanted and you have problem if I am doing that. So stop this act and get back to work.

Rudra said rudely and went back to his file. Shivani stood there like that for sometime. She understood that he is deeply hurt and will not talk to her easily. So she started going back to her place then Rudra stopped her.

Rudra: Wait!!

She felt happy and turned back to him.

Rudra: Take this cup. I think you are aware of what your duties are. This one doesn't fall into it.

He said without lifting his head from the file. Shivani felt a pang in her heart. She came and took the cup away. Once she left his cabin Rudra turned to her seat and saw her from the glass door. She sat in her chair and is trying to control herself from crying. After sometime she got back to her work. Rudra sighed and kept looking at her.

Rudra MV: I am angry with you. I am very hurt that you didn't trust my intensions. But if you keep crying like this in front of me I can't keep it up for long.

After sometime, Rudra, Shivani, Arun and Ishaan are going for a meeting in a different floor. As they approached the lift, Rudra stopped Shivani from entering and said curtly,

Rudra: Use the staff lift.

Saying so he closed the lift door. Ishaan and Arun looked at Shivani who stood their with a pale face and felt bad for her.

Ishaan: What was that Rudra? She always use this lift. Then why not today?

Rudra: No staff other than we three use this lift Ishaan and Madam wants to be like rest of them. So, I am doing what she asked for.

Ishaan sighed as it is very tough to argue with Rudra especially when he is angry. They all sat down and Shivani started the presentation. Any other day she would have rocked the presentation but today her mood and energy is very low. Her thoughts are filled with guilt. So as she was presenting she made a lot of mistakes.
