I was running in an endless forest with only darkness around me. He was coming closer, and I suppressed my scream, knowing well my end was approaching. Still, I didn't stop running. I will fight till my last breath. My breathing was erratic, and my legs started feeling heaving with exhaustion. My body was marred with bruises, yet I was still running. The darkness made it difficult for me to look around. Before I could find a way, I fell inside an endless pit. The next moment my eyes snapped open with a startle.
My ragged breathing was the only sound hitting my ears while I blinked rapidly to clear my foggy vision. A sigh escapes me when I find myself lying on my bed, not in some forest. I gulp hard when my throat feels dry, like I had been running in a desert. I was thirsty, and the sight of water on the side table made me stir; however, I froze, feeling something holding me or, rather, a heavy arm around my waist.
"looks like your fever has subsided," I yelped, hearing the voice that had been haunting me in my nightmare.
I closed my eyes, expecting I was still in my nightmare, and mumbled, "Let this be a dream, please."
He can't be here, in my house, in my bedroom, sleeping in my bed, caging me in his arm. Instead of waking up, I heard the sound of rustling before he pulled me closer to him. I started breathing rapidly, and a scream was about to escape my mouth when I heard him again, "While your screams are enticing, you might want to consider the consequences before thinking of screaming."
I whimper both in understanding his warning and his hard-on touching my back. Is he here to continue what he left in his cabin? Is this how he will force me to repay his money?
"Please leave me," I was still in a daze of the fever and the nightmare. I wasn't in the right state to think of not angering the monster further.
"The thought is tempting," as if to prove his point, he pushed his erection into me and continued, "but that's not what I'm here for."
"You were given general medication," he said from behind. His breath hit my ear, "it was a simple fever, triggered by anxiety or fear. That shouldn't be a problem."
I honestly didn't understand what he was saying. I just wanted him to leave my house as soon as possible. I know he knows everything about me, but I never expected him to barge into my room in the middle of the night. My parched throat was long forgotten.
"Two days from now, you will be going with me for a month. One day is enough for your fever to go and for you to pack necessities."
The moment he said it, I couldn't help blurting, "why?"
Instead of replying, he pushed me on my back and hovered over me, making me yelp at the abrupt movement, "you seemed to forget easily that you are my toy, Adah. A toy that I bought and who is bound to pay for. Because I have been civil to you for a few days, you forgot that you have a debt to pay and agreed to pay me in any way I want."
"I..I.." my heart was ready to rip out my chest.
The light from the night lamp causes a shadow to fall on his face making him like a devil from hell. I made a futile attempt to push him off me, only for him to grab my hands and pin them above my head.
"Or do you want me to take you here every night for a month?"
all my struggles died at his words. I know he wouldn't even blink his eyes before doing what he just said. I shook my head immediately, lest provoke him to do precisely what he said.
"Try to play any game here, Adah, you will find yourself back to that warehouse where no one comes to save you, or no one will stop me from taking what is mine, especially after you came all over my fingers," my eyes widen when he nudges his rock against the place between my legs.
