My parents are home for the graduation ceremony tonight. I'm a bit nervous but anxious. The only thing I'm worried about it losing Aug in the long run.
" Are you excited honey!?". My mom burst into my room.

I sat in the seat I was assigned to for the name call. Right now we were listening to people give their speeches and congratulations to the graduates.
" Good Afternoon graduates and parents. We are here today to celebrate these young men and women on their successful journey through high school."
Parents and students hollered from their seats. A proud smile spread across my face.
"I've only been their Principal for 5 months and alot has happened since then. I grew friendly relationships with them. The children sitting here today has a bright future a head of them. As their parents continue to push them in the right direction. I am very sad to see them go but proud to see them growing into young adults,with that being said. I will start calling names"

After calling everybody names. I finally waited to say my baby's name.
