The Finale Battle Part 1

               Buttercup lay under the fallen debris, her gaze hazy. All she could see was the moon shining down on her. Her body felt numb, and she could hear various voices calling her name, telling her to get up. Her eyes closed as she lay still, but a sharp pain in her head and an image of a woman with white skin and red eyes flashed in her mind. She sat up in a panic, looking around as she tried to catch her breath. She couldn't hear or see Butch and the others. They were probably looking for her. When she got up and came to, she could hear coughing. She looked over to the noise and saw none other than her maid.

"Amelia! What happened?" she rushed over to her as the girl lost her balance. Buttercup caught her as her sword clattered to the floor." I tried to come back, but there was an explosion. Then I ran into that madman. I'm sorry, my lady, but..." she stopped as she coughed up blood. Her side was wounded very badly and looked to be infected. Buttercup shushed her.

      "It's okay butch and the others are here we're gonna get you back and-" Amelia stopped her with a sad smile.

 "My lady, I'm afraid I won't make it. I've been poisoned and there is no cure for a basilisk's poison. But it's okay. I've done my duty, and it's been an honor to serve you, Master Butch, Lady Bella, and all the other dragon lords. You will always be in my heart."

Buttercup could feel her eyes burn as Amelia's own started to close."My lady, please don't cry. I live without regrets. I would do it over a million times. You are kind and noble, and you have a beautiful heart that is capable of loving the unloved. You see us in a different light, and I, for one, appreciate it. Just promise me one thing."

Buttercup nodded as she held the girl's hand. "Of course," she said. The girl coughed and smiled. "Please don't give up on Lord Butch. He can be difficult, but his heart is in the right place." Buttercup nodded. "I promise I'm not going anywhere." The girl smiled, and then her eyes closed. The white orb next to her stopped glowing and started to crack. Soon it shattered to pieces. Buttercup could feel her emotions overtake her. "Another person is dead because of me," she thought. She could feel her rage boil inside her. "All of this is his fault. He killed my parents, my uncle, and my sisters, and now he is trying to take away the little family I have left. "he will pay. HE WILL PAY."

     Buttercup felt her anger overwhelming her thoughts. Her eyes shone white as memories surged into her mind, yet they were not her own. Each memory showcased a known face: Butch, and Bella as well. The voice echoing in her head was also recognizable; they were Amelia's memories. As Buttercup regained her senses, she found herself panting. She understood the action she needed to take.

Kazuya and Autumn were both gasping for breath. Kazuya bore a long slash that ran from his torso to his hip, along with other scratches and cuts scattered across his body, while Autumn had three deep gashes across her back.

"You just won't die, will you? Want to kill me that badly?" he said, lunging forward as their weapons clashed. "Oh, you have no idea! I will not stop until you're dead!" She kicked his chest, sending him stumbling backward. Without giving him a chance to recover, she swung her sword upward, and a black light followed. Kazuya barely managed to dodge before he rushed forward. Instead of using his sword, he struck with his fist, connecting with her stomach. She toppled over in pain, and another first met her face, sending her crashing through walls. A growl escaped her throat as she rose, while Kazuya quickly closed the gap between them, thrusting his sword forward, she charged her weapon, and as the two rushed forward, their weapons clashed, emitting a blinding white light that enveloped all who were present.

 Butch opened his eyes slowly, his head and body throbbing in pain all he remembered was his wife falling through the roof and a white light, he looked around for his friends but they were nowhere to be seen he sighed in frustration lashing out breaking one of the pillars that was next to him, he felt as if everything was keeping him from his wife, he wandered carelessly trying to get a cent from his wife or friends but all he could smell was burnt corpses and blood, she just hoped he could find his wife before anything bad happens.

Elsewhere, Blair, Brick, Boomer, and Bliss were trying to get away from whatever was chasing them its body was pitch black, eyes blood red, and jagged razor-sharp teeth with some like of black liquid dripping from it.

"Why the hell can't I transform into my original form?!" Bliss yelled jumping over the few dead bodies in front of her she skidded to a stop when another creature appeared in the direction they were running, Brick grabbed her wrist and pulled her down the different hall as Blair kicked up a vase and kicked it in the direction of the monster, as it shattered on impact. They all stopped as the monster was stunned, it stumbled left and right, and then it stopped and stood still.

"What is it doing? Is it dead?" Blair asked boomer narrowed his eyes but then they soon widened as he started pulling everyone, they were running faster than before, and the monster let out a roar that slightly shook that castle as it charged towards them.

"SHIT, SHIT, SHIT, SHIT, SHIT!" Bliss exclaimed  

"BLAIR! YOU IDIOT!" Brick yelled at him 

"WHAT?! I WAS TRYING TO SLOW IT DOWN!" he yelled back

"YOU PISSED IT OFF AND MADE THE DAM THING FASTER!" Boomer argued back the three were about to start arguing until the ground underneath them opened they all yelled at each other as they fell each hitting their head and blacking out.

Buttercup was walking around until she bumped into a tall figure she turned around and it was none other than Kazuya himself, but he was bruised and battered.

"Looks like someone gave you a well-deserved ass-kicking, I'll have to thank them later." she said unsheathing her sword Kazuya stifled a laugh as Buttercup gave him a weird look, "You know what fine, there's only one way to deal with disobedient children like you, you don't want to listen? Fine! It'll force you to behave." a growl escaped her throat as she lunged forward all you could hear was their weapons clinking against each other, this went on for a few minutes "ever since I saw those visions it's like new skills unlocked in my brain things I've never learned before are just there like they were just and old memory waiting to be unlocked it's almost as if I absorbed her skills and abilities but that's not possible right?" she thought to herself, buttercup broke through his defense, she swung her sword down then back up quickly giving him a long gash across his face making him yell out in pain.

"AGH! YOU BITCH! Why do you have to be just like your mother, so strong-headed!; he used the hilt of the sword to hit the corner of her face making her stumble backward, he used this chance to rush her punching her and making her fly across the room, landing on her back she used her elbows to prop herself up, Kazuya stood over her with a sharp glare that could break the ice; this is where I eradicate your bloodline, screw the marriage I'll end this here and now this will be my revenge I hope your mother and father are watching as I kill the product of their love; he aimed the sword and stabbed it through her chest as her blood flew through the air a rage-filled scream was heard.

"AKUMA YOU BASTARD!"

Those were the last words Buttercup heard before everything went black.
