Just as I parked the car in front of the apartment my phone started ringing,i glanced at it and saw the ID

It was like all the contents in my stomach kept mixing and moving around,but I reminded my self.Dadaa will never

"Baby why didn't you pick up earlier? I was getting worried you always pick my call on the first ring.Are you okay?" He asked sounding worried.I mean how? He'd never do something like that It's all a lie

"I'm sorry Dadaa wasn't close to the phone" I lied, removing my seatbelt

"Oh,why didn't you call and tell me your Maami woke up? I just entered the hospital and the receptionist was congratulating me" He chuckled a bit before continuing ''I didn't know why so I raised a brow and she told me looking flushed at my cluelessness"

"Oh Allah sarki, I wanted it to be a surprise ne" I sighed rubbing my forehead gently

"Baby what's wrong?" He asked

"Nothing" Unshed tears burned my eyes begging to be free
