Travis's POV

"Rose would you be a dear and send Taylor in here for me?" I ask my assistant after setting down the folder full of important paperwork on her desk.

"Yes Mr. Kelce." She smiles but I can see it's fake, all my employees know that I favor Taylor. But I'm not so sure if they know about our affairs in my office, the sneaky ass grabs in the hallway, my hand resting on her thigh in meetings.

I go back into my office, shutting the door behind me. Walking over to the three huge floor to ceiling windows that let the light into my space, the beautiful New York City lights being shunned away by the sunset.

A couple minutes later I hear the soft click of my door opening. I turn around and a huge smile washes over my face when I see Taylor shuffling in, closing the door behind her.

Smiling as she struts over to me in her sky high heels, perfect blonde hair, and sexy red lip. White frilly blouse and black skirt that ended at her mid thighs.

"You wanted to see me Mr. Kelce?" She asks all ditzy as she clears a small spot on my desk and jumping up to sit down there.

I chuckle, shaking my head as I sit down in my chair, rolling to settle between her legs, my hands planted on her thighs.

"I just wanted to check on you, do you have too much on your work load? I can give some to the others if it's too much." I say and she blushes.

"Lovey this is my job. I can handle it. You don't need to treat me differently. The others are starting to notice." She says, tucking a piece of hair behind her ear that fell from having to look down at me.

"I just want you to be comfortable here." I say and she nods, bringing her hand up from her side to gently scratch my beard with her long nails.

"You're like a cat." She giggles as I close my eyes and lean into her touch.

"Well you're definitely my kitten, baby." I say and she scrunches her nose in disgust. It makes me laugh just how much she despises being called that.

"I should probably get back out before they brew up rumors about what we're doing." Taylor sighs and swings one of her legs over me to stand up. She straightens out her skirt before walking over to the door, grabbing a random stack of papers to look like I gave her work to do.

She then spins around just as her hand touches the door handle. "We still good for tonight?" She smiles. I stand up, adjusting my blazer before responding because I already know my answer will disappoint her.

"Sorry baby, but Elle planned a date night for us tonight, rain check?" I say and it's almost like a dark cloud of rain just appeared right above her head. Her face drops and so does her hand from the handle.

"Oh... that's okay..." She says. I take a deep breath and walk over to her, putting my hand on her cheek.

"Baby don't be sad, I promise we'll have time together soon okay? But I can't give her a reason to be suspicious of me. You know that." I tell her and she looks down, pressing her lips together and nodding.

"Yeah..." she mumbles. "I'll see you tomorrow Trav." I press a kiss to her forehead and she smiles weakly then leaves my office.

My heart aches as I watch her walk back into the messily laid out cubicles, watching until she sits down in her office chair and disappears from my sight.

A couple hours later I'm laying on the couch with my wife, curled up in my lap dead asleep as the movie credits roll across the screen, lighting up the dark room slightly.
